This is amazing! I can't recommend it enough. We have two foster babies under 18 months. So writing notes before beam, was time consuming, and even though I love writing about our day together, I was ready to fall into bed, exhausted and sometimes ended up playing catch up with my logs, so just being able to talk into my phone, then copy and paste, is fantastic! Highly, highly recommended!

I have been using beam note writing now since the pilot stared and we completed the training. I have to say I am really enjoying this, It makes noted writing a lot easier it also helps to write my notes in a more professional manner.

The app is managing to capture the conversations/assessment and transcribe it the best way possib le. I am not having to do any major editing of the transcription which is really brilliant.

So much time saved, you will regret not using it. It's a MUST.

I have found Magic notes to be a very useful tool as it allows me to provide my full attention to the individual that I am supporting during assessment rather than trying to write notes at the same time.
I also find that it captures the conversations held accurately and includes the key points discussed. I usually only need to make minor edits to ensure that the notes are more person-centred and reflect the individual's voice. Overall, it has greatly improved the quality of my assessments.

Since using Beam Notes, my caseload no longer feels overwhelming. It has significantly reduced the time I spend typing up case notes, allowing me to be more present with the people I support. I now have more time to focus on delivering meaningful care, which has made a real difference to my day-to-day practice.
The system has also helped me to organise my workload more effectively, making my day run more smoothly and efficiently. As a result, I no longer feel stressed about completing assessments on time. Overall, I feel more in control of my responsibilities and am enjoying my role much more.

Beam has saved me hours of paperwork. It has templates and records as needed. It works well for meetings and one-to-one, or even as a Dictaphone service. This has been a life saver and even when I babble and repeat myself, it just sorts it out and there is no repetition. Best ever.

Using Magic Notes/Beam has helped reduce the time it takes to type up my notes after a visit with a YP. I can record my own notes then when I return home/office I can have a quick read through and upload. It is a time saver.

At present I work for the local authority, we are trying this new pilot app to assist us when we are out in the community to make our work be more effective efficient. i'm a dyslexic person and I feel it can help work a great deal to be more speed and accurate, the only problem I think may experience it difficulty Unusual name

Great help to all my work.
I have a lot of paperwork to complete and by dictating to Beam, it configures it perfectly for me and there is very little change to be done. Has saved me so much time and ability to complete more care act assessments.

I am an older Social Worker, so new tech takes more time to get used to - however using Beam has made notetaking and record keeping so much more efficient and easy to modify if needed. If I can use it, then anyone can !

It makes chairing LAC Reviews easy! No note taking just some careful amending to ensure that it is accurate and relates to the young person who is the subject of the review. I can do three reviews in one day and add the report to the system and it is done. It makes life and an IRO simpler and easier!

Beam notes saves considerable time ensuring that visits are correctly noted. It also is a safety net, ensuring that when service users deny stating something which happens frequently the notes can back up the worker.

My agency opening up the opportunity for us to access this for social workers has definitely significantly changes my work balance to something far more manageable.
The time required on recording/reporting has reduced to a high degree.

i really enjoy using this tool, as it allows me to spend quality time speaking with my participants instead of having to try and focus on remembering everything that has been said for the entire hour's conversation. I also like that it also makes positive suggestions to help the participant progression based on conversation had in the meeting.

Excellent service , highly recommend , quick response to any issues, This has saved me so much time , and the team are happy to help with training , but it is so easy to use there is no real need for training .
