We have 2 Ocelot Pros, and we love them. We have 250 miles on them and have had them since February, but we couldn't ride them till April. Best customer service, hands down. Our headlight was broke in shipping. One was sent out right away. I couldn't as for a better company to deal with.

I did my research on Magicycle and their products. They have the best bikes for the money. I presently own 3 of their bikes and have never been disappointed in the price and performance of any of them. It's great to pedal out to your destination and not worry about being able to get back from where you left. BTW, I'm 71 and have back problems along with arthritis. I'm able to bike again like I did in my 20's. Great product, company, and customer service.

I ordered 2 cruiser pro Ebikes, 1with hi bar and 1 low bar. The bikes came quicker than expected, putting together was pretty straight forward so no problems there. I am a just 6 foot tall man and the mens bike while standing comes right up to my male parts, I wish I would have gotten the low bar bike. the bikes are heavy but not so much as they would be uncontrollable
we rode in 2 rides totaling 71 miles. they are a blast to ride and they get me out on the trails. Getting hard to ride my non electric bike, age, knees..... so these are great and get me outside. Love the bikes!

So far I have purchased 5 E-bikes through magicycle. Me and my family love them. I'm only giving 4 stars because my last purchase of 2 bikes had issues and the resolution was kind of a back and fourth process. I received both of the bikes and both of them had damaged parts. One issue I fixed myself but the other issue I couldn't. The bikes came with the battery already on the bikes and one of the casings had cracked, something I could not fix nor should I have to. I explained this to customer service and sent pictures and they sent me a video on how to fix it. Again I shouldn't have to fix a brand new bike fresh out of the box. After all the BS I sent the battery back as instructed, got refunded for the shipping charge and then nothing for about a month. I had to reach back out to them to inquire about my replacement battery. After that we got the battery shortly after. We love our bikes but after this experience we are hesitant on any further purchaces...might just use my magicoins on accessories for our bikes and go else for future bikes.

These bike are fantastic we bought one for his and hers.... only 4 stars because it's the only bike if used or tried so I don't truly belive I can give it a full 5 stars.... tons of adjustments can be made to fit your personal riding experience...I'd buy again and again... an customer service has been great

These bikes are so much fun! We live in a hilly area, and this allows us the freedom of coming and going on bicycles easily and reliably.

This bike is great. I ordered the Ocelor Pro and couldn’t
B happier. I’m 62 and 5ft4 . This bike fits me perfectly. It is so easy to ride and has so much power to spare. My husband went with a different brand e-bike and is always having problems with the throttle , even after having it replaced. He wishes he would have gone with a Magicycle.

Ordered an open box cruiser pro. Delivery was pretty quick. Had seen their bike advertised and checked them out. Had looked at all and felt this brand was one of the better ones at a very good price. Was not disappointed when it arrived. It’s a well made bike and is really quick. If they have a downfall, it’s maybe shipping out parts.

Nice bike long range innovating to enjoy life.

My wife and I wanted to get ebikes so we could continue to ride together. After much research and comparing our options we decided to get a couple Magicycle Ocelot Pros. We could not be any happier. The bikes are easy to ride, offer plenty of speed,torque and distance. They look great as well. The Magicycle support staff is always available and the community is active and fun to be part of.

Well Magicycle is all over social media promoting their bicycles so checked them out and compared against the competition. They have many different styles of Bicycles including a folding version with more voltage and power than most and a 2 year warranty. So I bought the jaguarundi for my short wife and it is the perfect height.

I recently ordered a Magicycle Deer Mini and have been very happy with this bike. I have a RAD Expand 5 that I have had for a year and learned a lot from having this bike. After much research, I chose the Deer Mini. This bike is like having twice the bike I had before. Very well built and lots of power to get up steep hills. The full suspension has been very nice. I can now ride through areas that I avoided before not having any suspension with the RAD Expand. So far the battery range appears to be good. When using throttle for extended periods, the battery does drain pretty fast. I am looking forward to many great rides on varied terrain on the Deer Mini! The frame and tire size are great for me as I am 65 and don't have the best mobility.

I did research for months on e-bikes. I found Magicycle check all the boxes for quality, performance, well built and priced fairly.
I had an issue with the shifter device on the handle bar. I contacted their support team and I had a replacement. quickly.
Bike was packed smart and made for easy set up and intuitive design throughout

As of this review I’ve got 500 miles on my Cruiser Pro. I have added a longer handle bar stem purchased from Magicycle, a larger seat , front rack, thumb throttle all purchased through Magicycle. I have had strangers on the road ask about the bike and tell them the fun I’ve had riding it. I do peddle the bike quite a lot because I do want to get some exercise. On steep hills that’s where it comes in handy using the throttle. I tell people that you need to get used to the weight of the bike and the size of the tires but all in all I have been so happy with my ride. I’ve purchased panniers and have taken fishing trips, day trips only right now but more trips are planned. Once you get used to the size and weight of the bike it’s a dream to ride. I’m planning on making more purchases in the future.

Mostly happy about my purchase and experiences with my Magicycle Deer. The power easily gets me through anything I am willing to try. Love the full suspension and the fat tires. The battery life last as long or longer than more expensive bikes. It’s heavy but the walk cycle works great. The pass isn’t as smooth when engaging like some other bikes I’ve used. Actually feels like your being launched forward in some
gears. There is definitely a learning curve to being able to handle it safely as is with any e-bike. I’ve wrecked a few times (minor bruises only) getting to know the bike and it’s holding up really well. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

This bike overall is an amazing bike it shows long range as well as high speed and that’s what i look for in a bike. Magicycle has never failed to give me an enjoyable ride and going from one place to another.

The magicycle is the best ebike at world, I feel very happy when I use my bicycle.
