Très mauvaise expérience avec Flex Go, dont les pratiques nous ont clairement semblé trompeuses. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite loué un véhicule chez Magrent du 22 au 28 avril.

Service professionnel, rapide, personnel très aimable et surtout aucune surprise au moment du paiement ou de la restitution du véhicule. Les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés que chez certaines sociétés low cost, mais au moins tout est transparent et honnête.

Nous recommandons Magrent sans hésiter.

Nous avons loué une voiture a Varsovie.
A partir de 22h nous vais du payer 40€ pour les horaires de nuit alors que nous sommes dans AÉROPORT !!!! les 40€ représente 1/3 du prix de la location total une arnaque.
L'agent d'accueil devait nous envoyer tous les documents concernant le véhicule, je les ai reçu le jour de la remise par ce qu'il avait oublié.
L'retour de la voiture sans nous, aucune remise de document. 10jours passent la caution est remboursé et un jour ils se décident à nous renvoyer des documents rempli sans nous nous informant d'une rayure que nous avons déjà sur les photos du premier jour et un facture de 400€ a régulariser.
Nous avons porté plainte et fait une alarme a la banque.

Niestety moje doświadczenie z tą wypożyczalnią było bardzo negatywne. Już sam odbiór samochodu był bardzo stresujący. Nikt nie poinformował nas wcześniej, że wypożyczalnia nie znajduje się bezpośrednio na lotnisku. Na miejscu nie mogliśmy się w ogóle dodzwonić pod podany numer telefonu. Dopiero po dłuższym czasie okazało się, że ktoś miał po nas przyjechać, ale nie było to w żaden sposób jasno zakomunikowane. Po podróży był to bardzo niepotrzebny stres.

Samochód, który otrzymaliśmy, był w bardzo złym stanie technicznym i wizualnym. Auto było porysowane z każdej strony, a w środku brudne i pełne sierści. Mój partner ma alergię, więc był to dla nas poważny problem.

Podczas jazdy samochód kilkukrotnie gasł, co stwarzało realne zagrożenie na drodze. Musieliśmy odstawić auto do znajomego mechanika, który stwierdził, że luźne były kable. Dodatkowo klakson w ogóle nie działał.

Kontakt z firmą również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Mamy problem z odzyskaniem depozytu, co tylko pogorszyło całe doświadczenie.

Nie polecam tej wypożyczalni – brak jasnej komunikacji, fatalny stan techniczny pojazdu oraz problemy z rozliczeniem to coś, czego nie powinno się doświadczać jako klient.

Magrent is a scam!! Avoid at all cost. Their person in Warsaw was awful, the car had wipers that barely worked, the fluid line must have had a leak because the smell was horrible when I tried to wash my windshield. The headlight was broken. They took my whole deposit of $1080 under false pretends of scratches and dents.
They take advantage of the travelers.

I wanted to write a review and I am surprised to see so many bad comments. We rented our car via Ryanair and Addcar. We got the service from Magrent. The communication was excellent. The staff was very nice. We got picked from the Gdansk airport (as their office is not in the Terminal), there was no waiting time, we got a nice car, the pick up procedure was quick and easy. The drop off was also quick and easy. We got dropped to the Terminal. We would highly recommend the company. We will definitely be getting more cars from this company in the future. Thank you for your service.

Unikajcie tej wypożyczalni! Wcześniej dostałem auto z kompletnie zużytymi klockami hamulcowymi, później dostałem auto z niesprawnymi światłami, stanąłem na trasie. Samemu musiałem załatwiać holowanie i zapłacić za naprawę usterki z własnej kieszeni! Serwis klienta kompletnie nie istnieje, we Wrocławiu nie odbierali w ogóle telefonów! Nie dostałem zwrotu poniesionych kosztów. Igrają z bezpieczeństwem klienta! Firma współpracuje z addcar u auto union, więc uważajcie!

Unikajcie ich, za przekazanie policji moich danych naliczyli opłatę 50 euro, mandat wynosił 100 zł. Miałem wcześniej podobne sytuacje ale z czymś takim się nie spotkałem.

Najgorsza wypozyczalnia dostalem auto z zerowym olejem i czekali ze zakresie silnik chyba pozniej podpisałem zwrot auta a co się okazało że z mojej niby winy były ocierki rysy i wgniecenie o czym pracownik uprzedzał 1 dnia i w sumie wykorzystali mój podpis oszuści do tego omijać z daleka

Avoid ! Scam ! Early return sent wrong location by them for purpose and than charge me 100€ for it !! No comunication whatsoever !!

Umowilem sie na odepranie auta o konkretnej godzinie. Chociaz bylem 15 minut przed czasem nikogo w biurze nie zastalem. czekalem pol godziny probojac sie dodzwonic bez skutku. Prawie spozniony zostawilem auto na lotnisku w innej wypozysczalni tlumaczac swoje dzialania. Po tygodniu zostalem obciazony oplata €50. Napisalem 2 maile z odwolaniem i opisem sytuacji. Niestety nikt nawet nie raczyl na nie odpowiedziec.
Totalna porazka. Nigdy wiecej

- brak obsługi reklamacji (wysłanej na piśmie)

Auto zastępcze z oddziału Gdańsk. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Samochód otrzymałem z prawie pustym bakiem. Omyłkowo zatankowałem bak do pełna przy zdawaniu.
Mój błąd. Oczekiwałem jakiejś rekompensaty. Zgłosiłem pracownikowi przy zdawaniu pojazdu (on nic nie wie/nie pomoże).
Złożyłem reklamację na piśmie. Zero odzewu ze strony firmy. Pisałem e-maile, dzwoniłem do oddziału Gdańsk i do centrali w Krakowie.
Zero chęci współpracy i rozwiązania problemu. Po 69(!) dniach firma odezwała się, gdy nie dostali pełnej płatności za VAT (potrąconej o brakujące paliwo).
Niestety sprawa nadal nie jest rozwiązana.

A complete shower of scamming inconsiderate con men. My wife is now stranded in Kraków Airport with our disabled 5yr old after Autounion/Magrent representatives tried to pawn her off with a car that was not roadworthy. The wiper blade rubber is completely separated from the body of the wiper and clearly hanging down away from the window. How is this roadworthy? It's a major safety factor when driving to have working wipers. When she pointed this out they said they would glue it back on. She said no that's not acceptable so they then offered her other car options. All four cars they showed my wife had faulty wiper blades and were filthy. Thankfully she did not put her or our childs life in the hands of these con men and refused to drive these scrap vehicles. The cars were also filthy outside and inside and far from looked after. If that's how they present a car to you then don't imagine for one minute the maintenance and mechanical end of things is any better. Please don't book with these companies. Pathetic.

We booked a car rental through Autounion UK, but upon arrival,( Gdansk airport) we discovered the actual rental company was called Magrent. After landing on time, I contacted them and was instructed to go to an office located about 300 meters from the airport. However, when we arrived, no one was there. We had to wait 20–30 minutes before a representative showed up to complete the paperwork.

We received a different car than the one we had booked, but since the size was similar, we accepted it. We had booked the car for two weeks with a drop-off at a different airport, 1,200 km away( Kraków airport) , so we expected a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, the car we received was six years old with 130,000 km on the clock. It also had a dashboard warning indicating immediate service was required, and the windscreen washer fluid was empty.

To make matters worse, the interior was dirty, and the seats were stained. We reported all this immediately to the Magrent representative, but she said there was nothing she could do and no replacement vehicle was available — it was either this car or none. I asked for a supervisor to contact me the next day, which she agreed to, but no one ever followed up. My emails went unanswered, and when I called, they simply said the car was roadworthy and I should ignore the warning light.

We had two important family ceremonies during our trip, and we were concerned that the stained seats would damage our formal clothes, so we had to use blankets for protection.

When we returned the car after two weeks, no one was present to inspect it or confirm the return of the deposit. We were told it would take 24 hours to process. Later, I received a signed return confirmation document — supposedly signed by me — but I never signed anything.

Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. The experience was unprofessional and far below the standard of service any customer should expect.

Niesamowite, jeszcze takiego oszustwa nie przezylam, jak zyje. Zarezerwowalam samochöd przez portal "billiger mietwagen". Tragedia, jak zobaczylam samochod: po gradobiciu, brudny, poobijany, felgi podrapane.... Nie bylam w stanie tego wszystkiego udokumentowac-niestety dachu nie moglam ujac na zdjeciach. Po zobaczeniu tego wraka, zdecydowalam sie nie odbierac tego samochodu, zeby sie nie wpakowac w koszty przy oddaniu. Pan, ktory chcial mi ten samochod wynajac, nie byl zadna pomoca: "Ja tu tylko wydaje samochody i jak sie nie podoba, to na nogach na lotnisko z powrotem."To bylo jakies 5 km od lotniska w Katowicach- na takim placu wysypanym zwirem. Tak ze musialam zamowic taxi.
Do tej pory staram sie odzyskac pieniadze... Kazdy umywa rece: "billiger mitwagen", "arguscarhire.com-Anbieter. Najprawdopodobnie bede zmuszona w koncu oddac sprawe do adwokata, zeby odzyskac pieniadze za nie odebrany samochod.

We booked a car through discovery cars from autounion in Poznań airport.
Guy from Autounion said there is no car for us. He said cars being booked without ealier checking if they are available. Bit because we had children with us he phoned boss and they got us a car. Car wasn't ready/cleaned for us hut we had ko choice to take it otherwise we would have to spend loads of time and money again in new car.
We booked it so we can return it at Gdańsk Airport at Magrent Gdansk airport. We had to do it before agreed time and there was no other way.
We got massage from Magrent we've been charged over 250€ for breaking the contract, 50€ for returning at wrong hour and 30€ for returning dirty car.
When from the beginning they haven't fulfilled their side of contract. I don't mind paying for charge for wrong time but breaking the contract is totally unacceptable.

Firma krzak :/ Próbują oszukać przez naciąganie na sprzątanie (ponad 2k!), przekraczając wyznaczony termin na uwagi po oddaniu auta (o tydzień).
Sprawa w moim przypadku trafi do UOKiK

W trakcie odbioru usłyszeliśmy, że wszystko jest OK i kaucja wróci. Po tygodniu dostaliśmy informację o pobraniu 2100 zł za "przewóz zwierząt", który nie miał miejsca, do tego zdjęcia były zrobione kilka dni po odbiorze a w biurze wynajmującego znajduje się pies. Dodam, że na samym wynajmie też naciągnęli, gdzie uznali opla mokkę jako tę samą klasę co peugeot 3008, wbrew temu co jest na stronie.
