We recently purchased a new caravan at Maguires forget me not location.
We did not expect the high level of help and assistance from initial contact to moving in day.
What a breath of fresh air , Stephen dropped everything, took us on a tour of the park, showed us caravans we were interested in ,answered all our queries, explained fees, bills etc , then we went for a cuppa in the onsite bar and restaurant. Stephen got us a cracking deal, needless to say we are now owners. Stephen is a great representative for Maguires, friendly, helpful and professional. Moving in day was handled by Aiden , he also is a great asset to forget-me-not, couldn't of asked for a nicer, professional, friendly guy. Lisa was on hand to liaise with site for the minimal issues we had ( sorted quickly).such a nice lady.
The staff in Prince William didn't let the side down either , nice and friendly ,cracking food, we've already used the pub more in 10 days , than in the 6 years we were on another site( speaks volumes).
Can't sing your praises high enough. It's apparent why people love it here. We love our new "Happy Place"

The entrance to High Hermitage in Ovingham was very promising lovely planters and all clean and tidy. We are on a grass pitch with electric, which is a good size level and clearly marked out with new bushes which will be lovely when matured. All going so well until I went to check out the toilet "shed". 2 toilets which reminded me of public toilets in the 70's. 1 female shower for quite a number of pitches. Bin full of rubbish and not the cleanest. I know the site is being developed but tourers want clean new facilities. When you charge the same as Club sites you need to provide the same facilities. Glad we are only here for 1 night, but only for this reason

I moved onto Hurworth Springs a year ago where I purchased a residential Park Home. What a helpful bunch of people nothing was a bother to them. I moved from a conventional house to the Park they made it easy and stress free with no added pressure for this and that everything was at my pace and in my time. It certainly is a great way to live the Park its self is spacious and well maintained. Wake up on a morning to peace and quite it is just like being on holiday everyday. You can be self contained and quite or if you want company their is always someone around for a chat. Just a great way to live come and take look for yourself dont wait until retirement enjoy the lifestyle now. I assure you will not be disappointed. A very happy resident JK.

Although nothing is perfect this company comes very close to it in regard to residential sites. Where I have been living (Hurworth Springs) for the past 5 years or so. So this is a considered opinion over this period. Therefore I can recommend to one and all.
