Ordered a set of 5 storage jars with clip seal lids via Amazon. Product arrived earlier than estimated date of delivery and really impressed with the storage jars. Have just ordered today, 21/11/2020, some items via their own website so will see if I receive the items as it appears that some customers have ordered items and not received the products nearly 1 month after ordering.

Reordering a great toilet brush
Reordering a great toilet brush. Ordered 2 before and a bamboo one, find the other 2 excellent and more hygienic, so going for a third in the cloakroom. Great quality and service.

Very helpful and fast response from their customer service
Upon arrival one of my items were broken (one glass out of a set of four). I contacted their support service and they were very friendly and rapidly replaced the whole package, without me having to send anything back.
I had my new glasses the very next day, so a bad first experience turned into a very good experience and I would happily recommend them.
- Have just made a larger purchase from their website, as I know they will get things sorted straight away if there are any problems.
