I had a few queries which were answered promptly & when I ordered the matting was deliver in 2 days. The quality is very good & has finished the entrance by the front door very well.

I had a few queries which were answered promptly & when I ordered the matting was deliver in 2 days. The quality is very good & has finished the entrance by the front door very well.
We ordered two large coir interior mats for the front and back doors. We sent Make an Entrance our measurements. They sent us samples so we could choose the blue/gray colour we wanted, checked whether we wanted rubber edges, and had them delivered in a week or so. The quality of the mats is excellent, the personal service was exceptional, they fit perfectly and we are very happy.

I checked the internet and Make an Entrance was one of the few companies that offer a truly bespoke door mat (dimensions). The site was easy to use, the mat ordered 29.03.26, and delivered 3.4.26.
While the mat was quite expensive the quality of the product and the service provided was excellent. It was well worth the money.

Easy site to use very informative and a great choice of products. I sent the measurements I needed for my coir matting chose the colour peacock blue which is really nice. I placed my order and received it within 3days.

We ordered a ‘Superior PVC Backed Coir’ made to measure door mat, which was dispatched very quickly; however DLH failed to deliver it as scheduled, so MD Stuart retrieved the mat from their depot and delivered it to us himself - way beyond the call of duty! The mat fitted perfectly and we are delighted, both with the quality and the Company’s splendid service. Thank You.

One mat I ordered wasn’t available. I received a phone call, I chose another mat and they arrived two days later. Great customer service, fabulous quality mats!

Despite all the positive reviews this company has received I regret that my experience could not have been worse from start to finish. I used to be the CEO of my family business and I don't normally do negative reviews as I know what it's like to be on the receiving end. However we all have to learn from poor experiences.
I placed a bespoke order and went to great trouble to do a template which I sent recordered delivery with a signature. A month went by and I heard nothing so rang them up. They apologised and said they would try and find the order. Another week goes by and again I hear nothing. Ring them again and they ask if I can get the proof of delivery which I give them. Pattern of chase chase continues. No calls back to me as the customer leaving me to ring them EVERY time.
Anyway to cut a very long story short they eventually find the order two months on and say they will send me an invoice for me to settle so that they can process the order. I pay by the end of the day then a couple of weeks go by and we get into Christmas and so I ring again at the beginning of January for an update. Nothing had evidently happened so I explained that I thought they owed it to me given what had happened to make the job an urgent priority as I was going away on holiday at the end of the month and there would be nobody at home to receive the order. They agreed but guess what come Thursday 29th January I hadn't heard anything when they had assured me that I would receive a dispatch notice and details from the carrier. They then said the delivery would be made on Saturday 31st. I explained it would have to be by 9am as we were leaving to go away. They got permission from management to enable this to happen but of course they didn't really mean it. DHL texted to say the delivery would be on Saturday but with no time quoted. DHL's response form doesn't allow you to put in details as to where they could leave a parcel. It has to be with a neighbour or behind the garage etc. We leave to go away and instruct DHL to leave it with a neighbour. You can't say which one! I get a text later in the day apologising that due to adverse weather conditions they can't deliver until the next working day on Monday. We have all had bad weather recently but this wasn't one of the days! DHL text they will leave it with a neighbour so I texted all the neighbours to pre-warn them. Today DHL confirm that I signed for it(when I am away) and sent a photgraph of where they had left it which was in a recycling bin and not a neighbour!! I then text all the neighbours to apologise for troubling them and get them to stand down. So until I get back from my holiday I can't even tell you whether I am satisfied with the end product but based on my experience I am not holding my breathe. Sorry to go on but Basil from Fawlty Towers would have processed my order more efficiently but if not at least it would have been a laugh and less stressful. All for a doormat!!
