Following a thorough Internet search i found in”MAKE AN ENTRANCE” the company which provided the best value for money “cut to size”mat for my requirement. After placing my order one of their friendly staff phoned me to check that the dimensions I had provided were correct before fulfilling my order. Excellent customer service.
I recommend this company.

Very impressed with MAE providing a made to measure bespoke service. I ordered a sample coir mat which was despatched quickly. Ordering the coir mat itself was very easy on their website, simple to enter measurements and price given immediately. The mat was cut to size and despatched the same day as I made the order. On arrival it was a perfect fit. Good quality and looks like it will last for years. I ordered the cleaning brush. The mat came with care and cleaning instructions. Excellent.

Have used many times - they do a huge range of very high quality mats, coir, and others.
The website is good, and you can design your own mat - size, design, materials.... almost a unique service.
This time my mat came in 48 hours - shame they use DHL though - not my favourite courier!

Easy to order online and very quick delivery. Good quality and exactly what we wanted. Size cutting was spot on. Very pleased and would recommend.

Beautiful mat well rug that doesn't curl up. Well made and of good quality. I opted for the two initials with the '"established in" print. This was to remember the date when I got my first dog Minnie. The rug looks great as a statement entrance piece and I have had many compliments. I also love that it's made to measure, which is hard to find these days, especially for rugs and door mats. I would highly recommend this company and will use again.

Over a month 2 chases and my order is STILL in production. No attempt has been made to contact and update me about the delay, it's a door mat be it an expensive one, it really shouldn't take this long.

Made choices online and then had a query which was answered clearly. Order was placed on phone after query was answered. Notifications received at each step of process. Had chance to create an account after order placed, as this was a way of tracking order easily. Ordered Monday, mats delivered Thursday. Excellent!

My telephone enquiry was meet with courtesy, and assistance in identifying the exact product I required. Order was placed and the mat was received on the date promised. I am very satisfied with the service and the mat design provides a most friendly doggy welcome to visitors to my home. A worthy 10/10 overall score.

I’ve used makeanentrance before - this time I spoke with Klaudia from customer services on behalf I’m 96 year old mother who was looking for a couple of fitted coir mats. Klaufia could not have been more polite, well informed, helpful or patient - sending 4 samples and ensuring the colour match with roll availability. Fantastic service again thank you. Looking forward to placing my order!

We ordered a custom Matt at 995mm length but they sent the Matt at 950mm which is too short (not the size we ordered)

We reported this and they sent us another Matt, but this was once again too short at 950mm once again.

We reported it again and they said they will send us some small strips of Matt which we could sandwich into the gap to bodge it.

We did this, but the strips of Matt we got sent are a completely different colour to the main Matt.

As a result we paid £160 for a Matt that was completely different dimensions to what we ordered and an ugly strip which has gaps in and is a different colour to the main Matt.

We have had to remove the Matt since it doesn't fit and is a trip hazard and the company have done nothing more to resolve the problem.

Completely incompetent and borderline scam, they send you wrong size Matt twice and then expect you to bodge it with little offcuts when I've paid £160+ for a bespoke matt which should fit precisely in the first place.

Will place a chargeback since they did not send what we oddered and company seem completely uninterested in resolving the problem by giving us what we actually ordered

UPDATE JUNE 5:
they are not telling the truth in their response. When I initially placed the order, I sent a follow up email saying that I actually wanted it 995mm and not 950 which they acknowledged.

It arrived wrong and I even was asked to send them pics of the Matt alongside a tape measure. This was sent to them alongside my email noting that it must be 995mm. They saw the images and confirmed ,only to send it at 950mm again

They then sent us another entire replacement Matt, but it also comes at 950mm

After that they sent us some little strips of Matt which are a different colour to fill in the gap.

This is not acceptable as they confirmed it would be 995 in original email.

Since writing my review, they emailed me asking how to resolve the problem. I said that I want my Matt at 995mm as originally requested. Since then, I've had No response.

Do not buy from this company. I might as well have bought a Matt at the local market that "nearly fits". THEY CANNOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT DIMENSIONS.

If they don't send the right size Matt, I will be creating an SEO optimised blog post about their scam and include all email logs including the photos I sent them showing the tape measure alongside, to prove that ive paid in good faith for the Matt at a specific size, and they keep talking about the size put in the original order, and ignoring the fact they CONFIRMED my edited size, TWICE, AND SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE MATT, TWICE!
