I found this company using google search for Umrah package. Initially it looked very attractive, but price escalated a bit as I plan to travel during Easter break due to high demand (as expected). I dealt with Mr Kaleem, and he seems to be very helpful throughout the process.
However, I would like to highlight couple of things I faced which I hope should have been dealt in a better way:
(1) Agreed return date changed cz of no seats available which should not have happened if I had booked using google flights/expedia etc. I take it as given an extra day in Mekkah. Although I am fine with extra 24hrs for more spiritual healing, but I have to pay for an extra night in hotel (increased budget).
(2)There were some issues in hotel booking process which had to be changed for Mekkah. So please bear in mind that even after agreeing upon a hotel and after you have paid, there could still be a change. So make sure you grab the booking confirmation asap.

A good thing was he guided me about the location of hotels from Masjid Al Haram by email and phone convo while we both scrolled over googlemaps.

Now above issues mean I ended up paying more than I was planning but I felt fairly satisfied as prices were competent (do your own research), but how often you end up with flawless execution in such trips? I am still giving it a 5-star review as they dealt with me in a polite and fairly professional way as compared to couple of other companies I spoke with.

We had booked our Umrah package from Makkah tour it was very great 👍🏻 Hotels were Movenpick in Makkah and zam zam Pullman in madina both were excellent and all services were great.We had a very nice and pleasant experience will definitely book through Makkah tour next time,our consultant Ali haider did a great job.

This company is not based in UK their based in Pakistan I’ve never seen such a scammer in my life if you are looking at company rating remember all you need is one email ID to leave positive feedback, don’t become prey , they first talk to your very politely once you have pay that’s it, they got you by your neck, first they will offer you a very attractive package once you agree and pay deposit, then they will rip you off by saying price are gone up make all kind of excuses, , they have ruined our Umrah me and my family suffer a lot, please be carefull with these scammer, go look for their office in Upper Tooting it’s all fake, they actually work from Pakistan not UK. I have deal with so many guys Mr.Haider is the worst one Faisal Shaik he said he is the Manager Junaid and syeed, all these guys are con artist. Luckily I paid by card if I would have paid in to their AC then you can kiss your money good bye, they use different company ATOL certificate, which is illegal I have complain in few consumer agency.

The biggest fraud company they dont stick to what they agreed you. Every time change the package and makenit worst and do changes after taking money. I need help how to tackle with them coz i need refund from them and want to cancel the package.

Absolute fraudsters. Booked a family Ummrah package in April 2017 and now asking more money because of agent did not book flights that time. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS AND OTHER SISTER COMPANIES EIMAN TRAVELS, 7 CONTINENTS TRAVELS. I have reported to relevant agencies.
