The wool I chose turned out to be exactly what I wanted. The colours are bright just right for my multi coloured cardigan. It was delivered well packed and on time.

A top class service and top class products.
Positive vibes throughout, by incredibly helpful and dedicated staff.
Can't fault them.

Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend

I ordered the product on line and was very pleased with the speed I received it, also, it was very well package. Well done Manor Farm.

Service and communication was fantastic on both occasions that I shopped on the site. I also received a great discount and reasonable postage. The choice of yarn was great and everything I needed in stock. Will definitely be my go to place for yarn.

Fast turn around and responded to emails quickly. Arrived packaged well as always ☺️

Couldn’t fault this company’s service. Extremely helpful with my first order, as it was a wool I hadn’t used before. Then when I was disappointed with the wool, obviously not their fault but the manufacturer, made every effort to listen to my concerns and make my next experience better. Cannot speak to highly of them and will continue to use them.

Every colour I wanted was in stock and at such a great price. Delivery was quick, this was my first order and I'll be back again soon.

Amazing service received quickly and when I emailed that I’d not received the bobbins they rung me within ten minutes and told me they were tucked inside the band of one of the balls of wool

Very very helpful, they go above and beyond.
