Merlinsminiatures Opiniones

Placed my first order with Merlins, staff were very friendly and helpful over email and my games workshop preorder turned ip well packaged on release day. Great service.

Had a load of old warhammer in my loft from when I was a kid and approached Merlin’s miniatures to see if they’d give me a price to buy them.

They gave me a fair price and were very patient with me as it took a while to send the stuff due to circumstances. Money was in my account within hours of receipt.

5* service and will more than likely use them again to buy/sell warhammer.

Sold a large collection of old GW stuff I no longer wanted I dealt with Sam , after a few emails & WhatsApp messages I was offer a very fair price . I chose to drive down and deliver items myself, glad I did great shop with great display section and friendly staff. Will be using them again to buy and sell if I find anything else 5*
Thanks Sam.

Used Merlins Miniatures to sell some Old World and 40K miniatures. Got a quick quote for the models and the chap, Sam, was really helpful in every step. Opted for store credit which was easy to use on their webstore.

Throughout the process Sam has assisted brilliantly. Webstore is nicely laid out and the help was faultless. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their minis or buy from them. Top stuff! Thanks.

Was holidaying in the area, and looked up local attractions to visit as well as any hobby shops, because why not.

Found Merlins Miniatures and saw on their website they had a large stock of old school D&D products. So made a point to visit the store on this occasion because of this.

When we walked in. Warhammer.

I asked the chap behind the counter where the D&D stuff was. He replied "Online Only."

This was rather disappointing as it does not state that it's online only on the website.

So I asked if some titles could be maybe brought to the store. We'd go to the museum round the corner and come back in a couple of hours...

"No"

Hmmm...

I've had the pleasure of buying many miniatures over the years, they have a huge range of contemporary and classic miniatures, and associated modelling materials, always find them to be good on price and great to see them build a supportive brand and community

Great service, priced competitively and always well packaged. Excellent customer service and a brand based in Wales.! Amazing

It was great I bought my stuff and it came on time and well wrapped.

I had a top notch experience selling some old figures to Merlin Miniatures, who offered a good price. They were professional yet friendly so made the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommended

First time ordering from the shop.
Everything is excellent.
Easy to order and track.
Very good packaging for the fragile nature of our beloved hobby goods.
100% ordering again.

Absolutely amazing

I am so thrilled with this company especially Sam !
I was on the search for a particular item that was only available through certain FLGS and every store I contacted did not have it, Sam emailed back quickly to say that they had them and personally made sure that it would arrive with my item which may I add came the next day not even 24hrs after speaking to Sam it was in my hands. Excellent customer service could not fault it.

Quite simply with the type of stuff these guys sell, it’s quite often going to be all about the safety of the items when packed. Artfully packaged collectable books, will certainly use again and probably still on items where they might not be the cheapest too

MerlinsMiniatures has been a source of repeat purchases for me. The Gentleman that runs it is exactly that, a gentleman. I ordered a large box set yesterday, it arrived this morning. Ive done many good deals through his ebay store, and find the website a very useful place.

Fast delivery, well packaged 10/10! Will buy from again.
