Really please with the sofas I ordered them on the 6th December and had it delivered by the 10th December just in time for Christmas

Excellent service, great customer service. I received my sofa really quickly. I got notified I advance of the delivery.

Everything was excellent just a couple of minor things which stopped giving that last 5 start I got the phone call saying that they would be half an hour about two to three hours they arrived everything went perfect then they said we don't get rid of our own rubbish and left it in our home.

I wasn't exactly sure how to do this, it's taken me 2 weeks to work out what to say.
2 delivery men delivered my corner sofa in 3 pieces. Once 2 pieces were put in the living room I asked them if they'd like me to start unwrapping them whilst they baught up the 3rd and final piece, to which they replied "oh, you want us to put it together too?" Well, I felt really bad after that and said no, it's OK, I'll do it as they came across as though I was asking for a favour and not that other actually part of their job. Anyway, they finally left and I called maple and spoke with a representative and I asked if she could email me over instructions on how to put it together, she said yes and 2 weeks later still no instructions. The couch however, is lovely. I would also say that it made me uncomfortable that they were laughing and joking about in a different language which made me uncomfortable. Other than that, sofa is nice.

The install team were also great, very courteous and installed the sofas without any fuss, a credit to the company.

Purchased the “Valencia” online and delivery was quick. However the sofa that arrived was a very poor resemblance to the sofa advertised. It was a lot smaller when measured and had different ends. Also the delivery guys didn’t assemble this as promised. I rang up straight away and was told it would be rectified.
I chased the next day after sending photos as requested. I was told it was the correct sofa and the one they had in stock was the right measurements. It took that long to hear back, initially I would have accepted a swap to the correct sofa. However now it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on the sofa (unused and unassembled) to be collected so I can be refunded as agreed within the 14 day period.
Very disappointed. Will update once rectified … if it is!

Brilliant service superfast delivery phoned yesterday to say it was out for delivery was no expecring an early morning chap at the door two lovely gentlemen was built in the space off 5 munties big thank you guys would recommend 100 percent to anyone done their best battleing threw covid and horrible weather to get it here all ready looking at table sets x

I've ordered a Dino 3 Seater & Dino LHF Corner Unit and its of fantastic quality, the items were delivered within 2 days of the order and the delivery team were fantastic and assembled all of the furniture without any hesitation and they were very polite and quick in their process
