Ordered my sofas wasn’t given any…
Ordered my sofas wasn’t given any information ie if that sofa was in stock just insistent on me making the payment for the credit agreement which I did to be then told someone will be in touch from delivery no one was . I phoned to enquire where the lady apologised and said that shouldn’t of happened I should of been told a rough date . When the sofa come only one was delivered guys were lovely however pushed the sofa so far back to the wall clean snapped the broadband plug in the wall out leaving the pins in the socket which resulted in no broadband for a week . Money for a new box was reimbursed . When asking where my other sofa was I was told it wasn’t in stock by the drivers but then told by customer service it had missed for delivery . I finally got the other sofa delivered 4 days later . I had emailed customer service on the 16th of March didn’t get any response what so ever until today when I emailed again . Amazingly the same person that was in a hurry to get me to pay the money for the contract and put the phone down and is the one reading my issues and has refused to pass it on to anyone else as my furniture has been delivered . Very poor service wouldn’t recommend or use in the future

Thank you for your review, however, we feel it is a little misleading. We cannot give you a delivery date until you have placed an order which you do by paying the £15 deposit. Your order then gets passed onto the delivery team and you get a email confirmation immediately stating that delivery is 3 - 4 weeks and that the delivery team will be in touch nearer the date to confirm when you are booked in. We have no idea why the delivery drivers told you your sofa was out of stock but unfortunately it was not loaded onto our van for delivery, as soon as you let us know, we apologised and arranged delivery 4 days later for you. Your only complaint at the time was your broken socket. We asked you to get a quote to fix it and reimbursed you for the repair. You missing sofa was delivered on the 4th April and on the 12th April you began emailing our complaints department with no actual complaint that we hadn't already dealt with? The only other email we had from you was on the day of your first delivery showing us the broken socket. We have asked what you are looking for as a resolution and you have simply stated after 6 emails that you want nothing done, you are just going to leave us a bad review. We are still unsure exactly what your complaint is? Please get back in touch by email should you wish to let us know what the issue is.

The sofa I have received is lovely
The sofa I have received is lovely, and also very comfortable too it was a great service from maple furniture, and was a easy process to deal with the staff were fantastic. They assured me that the sofa would be here at the correct date and it was even early on the delivery too. I would recommend maple to family and friends. Thank you to all the staff who made it as smooth and easy process

OI ordered the farrow corner couch the delivery came very quick and the men were nice who dropped it off but it was the wrong colour it was cream arms and black crush velvet the couch and pillows are very hard I phoned the company and they won't pick the sofa up unless I pay 90 for drop off 90 for them to pick it up they should of asked me if that colour was ok in the first place I haven't got 180 to put the sofa back so now I'm stuck with it and it was there mistake so I'm going g to contact a so!icitor and to top it off the same couch re made on Facebook for 399 very disappointed /reply to maple furniture what about when I told you it’s hard as bricks you did offer another couch but I haven’t the 180 for you to collect and drop off so now I’m stuck with it can’t even sell the junk

Hi Aoife, we offered to exchange your sofa on the 16th of February, you advised us that you wanted to keep it, I have just re-read through the conversation you had with us which is stored for reference. Delivery and collection fees for returns are clearly stated in our terms and conditions here.
Returns
Any customers that are unhappy with their order can return the product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus the cost of delivery and collection.
All exchanges and returns are subject to a collection/exchange fee and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

The sofa is exactly what we wanted and at a good price. There wasn't a lot of flexibility around delivery but not surprising when it was free. The communication was good although it took a few attempts to pass over my emails address.

Fantastic cosy corner sofa very happy with it and the service from maple furniture but the delivery drivers wasn't very helpful they left me to unwrap and assemble the sofa myself after seeing me struggle to walk once I'd assembled it myself hours later I was happy to sit down the sofa is very comfortable and great value for the price
