My granddaughter absolutely loves Llamas, so when I saw the 2.5 foot Llama I had to buy it. No only was it half price but free delivery. I ordered on Sunday evening & it arrived on Tuesday. My granddaughter absolutely loves him because he's so lifelike but squishy too.

I ordered a package for my daughter’s birthday and had some issues with a code, but the customer service was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Shipping was fast, the toy arrived well-packaged with no damage in transit, and the quality is great. Overall, the service, shipping, and packaging were all spot on. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with the toys and service. Easy website to navigate, my items were cheaper than other websites. I was expecting delivery to be around 3 days but they arrived the next day. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from them again.

I didn't have any communication over the phone. However, they kept me in the loop about the produce and appox predicted arrival time.

Very happy with this company. Ordered several toys from the Thomas and Friends range plus a large book 23 June 2025 and was surprised to have received 26 June '25 just a few days later. Very quick delivery all received in good order. Will def order again.

Great online shop for toys, I love the variety as it caters for my collecting teens and my primary school aged child. Had an issue with website earlier in week, emailed customer service and got a quick solution which was great; however agent seemed a bit passive aggressive/facetious or maybe just associated my name with someone who should be spoken to a certain way. Who knows? Either way aside from not wanting to approach customer service again, the delivery and goods are always spot on.

Was searching for skin tone markers .found these on this site which I'd been looking for ages which ebay, and acompamazon etc didn't have so snapped them up ./hey arrived very quickly and in excellent condition and had regular tracking status throughout the delivery. will purchase again from here in future and would say whatever your purchasing off this site i would recommend this company/ seller to anybody due to this experience.
