The Maqio journey began in 2010 when we began selling online. In 2011, we opened our first shop in Buxton, where business flourished, but we knew to provide convenient online selling was the most logical way for Maqio to grow. Combining our experience of merchandising our toy shop and selling online, we expanded our sales rapidly on various platforms worldwide. We focussed on making our systems more efficient while continuing to provide outstanding customer service, with our ambition to become the leading destination for buying toys. Within a year our online sales exceeded twenty times the turnover of the shop and so we decided to close that side of the business. Werented warehouse space, with the dream of owning our own location. Multiple moves later,we purchaseda 47,000 sq. ft warehouse with plans to expand further. Theconsistent growth and development of the company didn’t go unnoticed by the industry, and we were nominated at the 2018 Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway 50 Fastest Growing Companies Awards. Maqio Ltd placed in the top three for the Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Manchester Small Business category. As a premier toy seller, our collection of premium and best-selling toys and games are offered at competitive prices. Shocked !
Our grandsons toy arrived in a box made from many other boxes. Inside the actual product was in a plastic bag taped up, no genuine packaging. The toy looks and feels fake. Fisher Price it is not !!

Great place to buy from
An item that my daughter wanted was out of stock at all the big retailers, after a Google search found this site where it was in stock and at a reasonable price. Was a little nervous as had never heard of the store but following good reviews, ordered on Monday and it came Friday via Royal Mail. It was really well packaged. Thank you.

Always a good service at a great price
I have used this company a few times now and every time the service has been great. Delivery is very quick, goods are well packaged and toys are at an amazing price. I will always look at the Maqio website first when buying toys.

Goods not delivered.I Waited in all day but nothing turned up even when given a time window. No communication received telling me of a problem and tracking simply didn’t work! Not your fault but carriers!

Excellent. Had exactly what I was looking for - Playdoh. Very quick turnaround from ordering to delivery via Royal Mail. Easy to use website. Cost including postage worked out cheaper than A and the order was correct. Would use again.

Bought this set for my Sons Christmas present. Looked around and found John Lewis out of stock and Maqio! They were cheaper and second to none service. Had the item delivered within 2 days. Great service highly recommend them!
