Used Marathon for Marlay Park they were fantastic. Very well organised, buses air conditioned and spotless, drivers and all staff really friendly and so helpful. Great service, fast queues

Timeliness the coaches to Punchestown…

Timeliness the coaches to Punchestown left Wellington Quay on time as did the return coaches from the racecourse. It was notable that the coach ticket was higher than the entry charge to the racecourse. A point to be considered in advance of next year's festival. It was something that was remarked upon by a number of English visitors who travelled on the rce day coaches.

Hi there we booked Friday the 3rd of…

Hi there we booked Friday the 3rd of may for puncherstown festival driver told everyone on the bus going down the coaches would leave 40 minutes after the last race which was 7/40 so coaches should have left 8/10 but for some reason the driver on the coach coming back to Dublin didn’t leave till 8/55 which was over one hour after the last race and when we asked why didn’t we leave on time he said he had to wait on later comers which is unfair on the people who were on the coach on time like everyone knows the time line but the driver said we should have got the first coach back as we exspalined to him we are on the first coach but he insisted there was a earlyer coach

Very efficient

Very efficient as always. Service left on time and returned swiftly to the City Centre after the last race.

Marathon coach sign caused confusion

Bus was due to leave from Wellington quay. I arrived at Aston Quay and met Marathon coach sign indicating bus stop. Other race goers were also waiting. My brother was at Wellington quay and rang to say bus was there. I informed 3 racegoers what I heard and we all walked to Wellington quay. The sign posted at Aston quay caused much confusion. Other race goers missed their designated bus owing to this problem.

Hi Greg, apologies for the confusion. Our bus stop got moved 2 years ago from Aston Quay to Georges Quay and this year on the direction of the National Transport Authority and Dublin City Council we had to move our stop once more to Wellington Quay. The change this year is due to works being undertaken at Georges Quay which now make it unsuitable for our bus service. In light of this change, we updated our website to reflect the new bus stop, in addition, we emailed every client who had booked on our service detailing the reason for the change and the location of the new bus stop. The signs erected at both Georges and Aston Quay had signage including directions to the new bus stop and a QR code if scanned would walk you straight to the new location. We apologise for the confusion and have asked our team on the ground to review the signage at both previous bus stop locations and remove them this morning should they appear unclear. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope all else with your journey went as planned.

shocking customer skills by a director

We had been using this company for over 25 years - this year company doubled prices based on fuel prices- when i queried it was shouted at down the phone by the Director Francis - obviously change in management no longer interested in customer retention - truly appalled to be spoken to this way and to double the prices on children in such a cold manner -

Rude driver

Driver was rude and wouldn’t look at email as one girl had 6 tickets on her phone. We ended getting off bus

Return shuttle for Pearl Jam…

I booked a return shuttle for Pearl Jam in June. Bought 4 rather than 2 tickets by accident. Emailed the company and got a instant super friendly reply sorting out a refund.
Amazing customer service.

Went to Fairyhouse 1st April

Went to Fairyhouse 1st April, weather crap(nothing could be done about that). Driver and others taking names etc were all lovely and helpful. Got bus close to our hotel near Temple Bar. Definitely recommend the service. Convenient, reasonable price. Thanks
