The customer service, coupled with a return policy of just 14 days, is unacceptable. My wife purchased 2 jackets at the end of October for my birthday on November 22. The jackets do not fit, and they refused to return or exchange our purchase, even though it was three weeks from the original purchase and we had tried them on only once. Stay away

I ordered a Harry Stone jacket on Oct. 20,2025. On Oct.23 or 24 I went to the site of the company who does there shipping and entered the tracking # to which there was no response. I tried again the next day and again received no response. Then I noticed the tracking # could have been misread, an 8 was entered instead of a B. 0n the 27th I emailed Marcus. I explained the situation. later on the 27th I got a reply from Marcus. There had been a mix up and the team at Marcus was dealing with it. On the 29th the tracking information was available. That same late afternoon my jacket arrived. It fit perfect, looked good, and appeared very well made. The person I communicated with at Marcus was excellent and in my opinion did a great job. I would recommend Marcus to others and would buy from this company again. No regrets, just the opposite. Thank you David. Mike Slatter

I ordered one.. CHEAP KNOCKOFF.. beware.. extremely disappointed

I wanted a Katana-styled shirt and these seemed to be the ticket. I bought a 2XL in an abundance of caution as an XL is normally nice and lose! A Hobit couldn’t fit into these shirts and went about trying to return them.

First they want to have a picture of the product sent to them…OK. Then I get the notice to send but rather than Rancho Cucamonga, CA where they were shipped from (made in China BTW) I am supposed to send it to Puglia Italy for a mere $280! RUFKM!

Do not shop with these scammers please learn from my mistake!

Quality jacket, ease of ordering

My initial order was placed incorrectly. Specifically, there were items that in the order that I did not want to receive or pay for. Ultimately everything was resolved due to the exceptional customer service that was provided. I had constant feed back as the problem was addressed and resolved. I am very pleased with the items that I did order. I would not hesitate to purchase additional items in the future.

I ordered a Harry Stone jacket from them on 9/9 /2025 and when I was sent a tracking email, it didn't work and when resent, still didn't work. Finally the jacket arrived (later than promised), it didn't fit, even though I had ordered based on the chart on their website. After receipt on 9/19/2025 I wrote them for instructions to swap it for the correct size. They told me to keep it and offered a 30% discount on another one. Red Flags! They also told me I could return it if I pay the shipping........to Bosnia! Their website states "Hassle Free Returns" and "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". The jacket I received did not have a "Country of Origin" label on it as required by the FTC. I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC for the lack of the label, deceptive advertising and posting false reviews.

**UPDATE** I disputed my charge with my credit card and got a refund for my purchase.

The order was confirmed with an expected delivery of 4-8 days. There was also a statement that I would be updated every step of the way. Once I was notified it had shipped, I received no updates. The link to the shipping site never worked. It took 16 days for the coast to arrive. No response to email inquiries. Good news is that the coats are really neat and I look forward to wearing them this fall.

I bought two Harry Stone jackets sizes were not right. Took forever to get here. Return policy is pitiful. You would just be better off selling on eBay because you'll never get your money backNever deal with this company ever.

The jacket is what they advertised and very good communication.

Received a jacket my wife ordered for me. The jacket was actually very nice. However, I wanted to exchange it for a different color. IMPOSSIBLE!!
To exchange an item, YOU must pay to ship your return to Italy! That's about $50.00....
OR...you can keep the product and they will send you a 30% discount code for use on your next purchase. EXCEPT..they never send the "code".
Here's the actual response when i asked where the code was: "It seems there may have been a hiccup in sending the discount code. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me investigate this quickly for you. Rest assured, you will receive the 30% discount code to use for your future purchase."

My partner and I have booked for 45 days of cruising Eastern European rivers and ocean.

Clothing to cope with much warmer climates is essential, yet also having additional layers for the transit and latitude variations is also necessary.

I logged into Marcus-Stores New York.
In my enthusiasm and impatience I didn’t allow for communication time lag between business hours in New York and New Zealand. Nor did I consider that staff do not work 24/7!

The result was that I duplicated an order thinking that my first chosen items had got lost in processing. I had also added a couple of additional items to the later order.
Marcus &Co processed both orders and debited my credit card for each.

It is fortunate that the Sales Executive David ‘N’ had communicated several times and we built a series of healthy communications.

The immediate thought was ‘Is this a Scam!’

Without a named sales contact I would have been stressed out for days.

Happy result.
Yesterday I received:
Delivery of the first order
Full refund of duplicated order.

Summary:
Marcus’ has an interesting range of fashionable, value for money casual wear.
Good fabrics, well priced, value for money paid.

Shoppers are given online sizing guides for USA, Europe and UK markets.
There is also a recommendation that you provide your personal measurements. This makes you know your current sizing to compare against charts before you order.
It also helps if you receive a wrong size and wish to return the product.

In summary:

To have a great range of menswear
To be competitively priced
To offer great specials at discounted prices
To have person to person contact
To be honourable and trustworthy if you have a problem.

I would definitely shop again.

That 30% discount I thought was offered to me by you in good faith. But apparently that's not the case. And what you're saying is your customers can send messages to one another. That means you are not in control of your web site. And now you want me to write you a good review so you can give me a 20% discount!! Dude, you are not ready for prime time.

I ordered a jacket ($100) and they sent the wrong size. When I contacted Marcus to advise of the error, they said that I would have to pay the return freight to Europe ($45Canadian). Nothing but terrible service. I would not recommend buying from this store. Nothing but money hungry scammers.

Great product for a very reasonable price. Excellent style & fabric of the jacket I ordered not some cheap unnatural fabric that is illfiting. The fact that it comes from CN could be the tracking issue for some but I'm completely happy particularly if I'm not purchasing from a US made product it's from Canada ! Our nearest & dearest friend!

Good styles, well made, and the price is right. Be careful, though, and follow their sizing guidelines closely. They are very helpful when you have questions.

I purchased the Harrington Jacket online, but they warned me of the size differences between the US and UK/Europe. So I changed the medium to a large. Unfortunately they did not enlighten me to the fact one would not receive the jacket for a week or more. The normal delivery Is three days or so. But by the time it arrived one was already in the UK.
However on their website delivery was free, and one had changed the delivery address before leaving. It still arrived at the US address.
Now this jacket is available for between $40-70. But the delivery to the UK cost $73.
I will not be purchasing from them again.
Too much hassle, aggrevation, messing around and just plain incompetence.

What made it a good experience were the helpful email contact l received over returning an item l liked but that was too big for me.
