Ich liebe diese Marke
Ich liebe diese Marke - habe mir schon einige Schmuckstücke gekauft, da mir das Design sehr gut gefällt. Mit einem Stück - und das war eins der teureren Goldarmbänder - hatte ich leider Pech. Bei der ersten Reklamation wurde mir das Schmuckstück sehr schnell ersetzt. Das war schon ein megatoller Service. Leider musste ich auch dieses Mal wieder reklamieren - und ich muss sagen, ich hab selten so einen lösungsorientierten, kundenfreundlichen und turboschnellen Kundenservice erlebt. Hier wird Customer Care durch und durch gelebt. Maria Black ist eine Marke mit einem Super Design und wenn mal etwas schief geht, wird einem sehr unkompliziert und schnell geholfen!! Top!!

Kind customer service team and lovely product
My earrings had a faulty closing mechanic, when reported this to Maria Black Team I had an immediate response and they sent me a replacement pair.
Customer team is very kind and quick. The product itself is lovely, and feels good on my sensitive ears.

Got a pair of earrings for my birthday which I LOVED, but wore them everyday so one ended up breaking. Lise from customer support was so friendly and responsive and they arranged for a replacement. 100% recommend will buy again
