Super god oplevelse!
Min pop coin var faldet ud af min ring. Jeg skrev til kundeservice som gerne ville sende mig en kode til at kunne bestille en ny gratis. Koden virkede ikke så jeg gik ind i butikken hvor de var super søde og gav mig en ny med. Virkelig god oplevelse.

Alles Top, außer Verpackung
Ich habe zum ersten Mal selber bestellt. Ich bin ziemlich begeistert von den Schmuckstücken und von der Qualität. Es ist nur schade dass die Schmuckstücke für die man viel Geld ausgibt so lieblos eingepackt werden. Die Ohrringe lagen irgendwie in der Verpackung. Sehr Schade!

Also their customer service is great and very helpful! They sent me a free labret insertion tool because I had struggle to put my labret in place 👍👍👍

I had the gemstone in a labret fall out…
I had the gemstone in a labret fall out during regular wear within the 2 year timeframe and they offered a code to purchase a replacement of the same piece free. When I preferred a different labret out of concerns the same thing would happen again, they sent me a code for the value of the old to be applied to the new. Fantastic customer service!!
