A great platform to source talent fast.

I reached out to Marketerhire based on a recommendation from a friend. We started within 2 weeks. If you want an adaptive organization, you need a flexible workforce.

MarketerHire is a great platform for companies that want to scale their Marketing and Sales efforts and for the Talent providing the service.

I've worked as a CMO on the platform for a year-and-a-half now and they have a very thorough vetting process as well as a highly capable team of experts that manage each account individually.

There are a lot of platforms popping up right now, but I can't say enough good things about MH!

As a freelancer, it's connected me with some truly fantastic clients. The matches they've made for me have been spot-on, aligning perfectly with my specialty.

They've always got me a fair rate. I've never had to worry about payment issues - everything is handled promptly and professionally.

I joined as a marketer about 18 months ago and was sent jobs pretty often - the quality was generally absolutely terrible.

I'm UK-based, 10 years experience, 4 years at senior level managing $100k monthly ad budgets.

Two jobs they sent that come to mind are; a 1-person business in the Middle East selling handbags ($500 ad budget), 1-person company selling something CBD related with an ad budget of $200 monthly.

This was the level of job they would send.

I eventually applied to a semi-okay sounding job, got declined, never heard why and haven't received a single offer since then, about a year ago.

I've emailed multiple times about clearly being blacklisted, and receive generic responses about this 'not being something they do'. It clearly is.

There's a bunch of other competitors that source marketers for *actually* decent brands - use those, don't use MarketerHire - it's clearly a numbers game to them, getting as many possibly users to join to inflate their numbers but not actually sending jobs to them.

UPDATE: I emailed as requested in their reply, to discuss a solution. Instead I was greeted with a response basically saying 'Thank you for your feedback' - with no suggestion of a way to fix things. Typical of what to expect.

Our experience with MarketerHire has been absolutely exceptional. After a long lull in marketing efforts for our company, MarketerHire and Emanuel have helped us make huge strives in "getting ourselves back out there". Legit marketers!! I operate a consulting firm that works with some of the world's best in-house marketers at tech startups. At this point, I know a great marketer when I see one. Our marketer is awesome, a perfect fit for our industry and the scale of our business, and has been pushing forward towards great outputs despite me being out of office for two weeks. Her fractional capacity (10 hr per week) is perfect for our needs and budget too. Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to invest in the caliber of talent needed to get real results.

Firstly, our account manager was incredibly patient and understanding with me. As at the time, I was struggling to keep all of the plates spinning and find the time to bring in talent to ease the workload. He was very polite and professional, while being sure to send follow-ups so that his emails remained within view of my inbox. Which was exactly what I needed him to do to keep it as a priority.

We are in a very competition-restricted product niche, and SEO in our main and near-only acquisition route. Hence the need for an SEO specialist. Nicolas listened and understood the slightly more tricky brief and requirements than normal as they needed to have niche market experience and a track record of quick wins, but with a strategic long term view.

I do not think it was even 48 hours to be honest, before a CV landed in my inbox. Bang on the requirements. Complete transparency of previous work allows me to check out the details of their impact on our ranking tool. As their CV stated, the growth patterns and timelines were exactly as I was able to see.

The candidate had found time at very short notice to be able to review our site on his own accord and made suggestions straight away without being asked. When someone shows, you integrity hire them. So he started a few weeks later as we have requested.

The process was seamless, very minimal effort or admin for us. They nailed the candidate choice first time.

Our SEO specialist was beyond expectations. He prioritised by impact from the start. Within just 2 weeks, we saw immediate results, breaking an SEO plateau we had been facing. Within, around 30-35 hours. The absolute unimaginable happened. We had started to rank for the 100% keyword difficulty holy grail of key words in our industry. The most search term globally. With about 10 blogs that had only a little facelift and new link structure, with the meta fixing on the site.

We have concluded the project, and have a perfect foundation SEO across our site. As well as a cluster pipeline for several months. I am overwhelmed to be able to say. The previously mentioned holy grail 100% keyword; we have sat on page 2 already. This is beyond any expectation, in fact, I would have thought they were conning if they had suggested this at the start as being an outcome. With only 3% of the content pipeline actually live.

Stop reading. Do not waste any more time. Just go and email these guys, and make the best decision you will make for a while!

Customer for life, I know I wouldn't even need to interview candidates in the future. I be able to confidently know they have found the talent we asked for.

Nice onboarding process. Our rep connected us with a knowledgeable expert.
During the onboarding process it was made clear to us that their experts are vetted, that they use time tracking and that we can pay per hour. After we signed the contract, the story changed. Suddenly there was no time tracking. We couldn't get the expert on a call for more than 30 minutes per week and we had to pay for the full 10 hours per week (like a retainer instead of Time & Material). When we complained we were not getting value they refused to close the contract and continued to bill. Never received a refund. The expert was certainly knowledgeable. However, he was essentially running a scam. During onboarding he pretends to be available and ready to work. Then, after you sign the contract he disappears, he refuses to show time tracking and is unavailable for meetings/workshops. My advice: stay away from MarketerHire and use resources from established freelancing platforms. You'll get reasonable fees (MarketerHire charges 300% to 500% of the going rate), you'll be able to see reviews and you can put money in escrow to avoid paying when the expert provides no value.

Such a great experience with MarketerHire. They have the best talent and the process to bring someone on is so quick and easy!

Talents are no different from ones you can find on Upwork, but 10 times more expensive. Total waste of money - stay away!
In addition, they don't take responsibility for their hires, which is a shame.
