MH support team was with me every stage of the way, asking what could be improved and being genuinely interested in my experience with a client.

We came to MarketerHire to find an experienced marketer who could help us define and execute our product's overall marketing strategy.

Our account manager listened to our requirements and helped us to figure out the specific type of marketer that we needed.

While there were some minor teething issues initially, they were all resolved and we were eventually matched with a suitable marketer, who we've now been working with for a few months.

Having said all of that, I do feel that MarketerHire need to work on providing better visibility into billing. Right now, it's pretty difficult to keep track of how much time has been billed in the current period, and it just feels as though this should be a part of the platform.

Overall, the experience with MarketerHire has been positive, but I think there's work to be done on the billing visibility side of things.

Earlier this year I needed a brand manager and did not have the expertise on staff. I reached out to MarketerHire and let Ashley there know what we needed. She was a great listener and even added some helpful direction. A few days later she came back with a suggested match. We interviewed the brand manager she recommended and loved him. We have been working with him for nearly 8 months now and he is like one of the full-time team, and we are on track with our launch this year. I could not be happier with MarketerHire and highly recommend!
