Awful quality, jumper literally arrived looking like a rag, awful, obviously a fake advert for the company when you buy! Don’t buy from them !

The quality was terrible. A previous review compared this company to Temu, I actually think they are worse, delivery time too long, very dissappointing

Whatever you do …… do not order from this website!! I have been conned. I ordered a vibrant knitted cardigan from a UK store, yes you’ve guessed it, came from China, took over three weeks despite repeated e mails, nothing like the garment ordered, not knitted, cheap nasty fabric, badly made, disgraceful . Requesting refund but don’t hold out much hope. Steer clear !’

Absolutely shocking .Ordered shoes which are supposed to be leopard print took 3 weeks to arrive I was devastated when they came cheap molded rubbish which stink of glue £50 for something I will not wear .Do not buy from these rip off merchants supposed to be mother &daughter in London more probably chinese sweat shops.

Even 1 star is too much.

DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM. Save yourself the 20 emails to try get refund on items that don’t even turn up. Make out London but even shipping from china is quicker!

I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother in her 80s. The add popped up and she bought a cardigan for £35 which seemed like a good deal based on the picture. However it was ordered on the 5th January and didn't arrive until the 19th and of course when it arrived the quality is atrocious. If that was the worst part it would be ok - my grandmother had her email hacked as a result of this add and the hackers have changed her email recovery and phone number so she is locked out. They sent emails to contacts asking for money etc. We now have to get her a new email and update everything as no way to recover it. What a shame! AVOID

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I asked customer service several times where my item would be shipped from, and they repeatedly refused to disclose this information. Only after the item arrived did I discover why — the product was extremely poor quality and not as advertised.

The lack of transparency and substandard product are unacceptable. Customers deserve honest information before making a purchase. I would not recommend this company.

Don’t be fooled by the 'British family business' branding. I ordered a top only to find the exact same product on Temu. It’s clearly just a dropshipping operation selling budget items under a fake local identity. Zero stars if I could.
