First class customer service.
I ordered some items from the sale however they did not fit. long story short after a bit of messing about (no fault of Marshall artist might I add) I got a piece from the new season for the same price.

Last purchase was fine, but my previous purchase a country check shirt (mainly yellow in colour) had a discount code - I put the code into your site and expected the discount to be applied but when I checked my paypal the full amount had been taken. I tried countless times to email to raise it with you but your lines of communication are not the best. Email addresses to leave comments do not seem to work.
Shame cos your clobber is decent and I've bought quite a few bits off you over the years but it did detract a bit from the experience
