I contacted support to get help installing a different operating system on my server and am happy with the experience. They responded quickly, in a professional manner and seemed eager to help. While first support contact wasn't able to help, the issue was escalated and I got the help I needed. The installation was completed quickly and my issue is solved.

Resolved very quickly
Had some issues with connectivity, sent in a ticket for someone to check it out. The response was very quick, they reported issues with the infrastructure and offered to move the server.
Expecting this move to take a few days, but after an hour I was informed the move was completed.

Unreliable (again!)
Again, despite their announced infrastructure improvements, one of my environments fails (This time, the lets encrypt plug-in stopped working, cannot reinstall nor can I redeploy the container). Last year I have experience many issues at their PaaS platform. I don't know how this company runs their operation, but this is below par. I am gradually moving away my sites, as I am fed up with this.

+reply: I don't think you'll provider better service after oversales. you know the trick right? vps has a good performance first and became bad after refund days. Although you can adjust but I don't have time to check the performance everyday.
plus, please give a clear explaination what's your refund policy, only apply for first 15 day of the month and only 1 vps can be refund.

Poor Support and Unreliable Performance
I’ve had a very bad experience with MassiveGRID. My server performance has been getting worse—lagging too much, making my work nearly impossible. I opened a support ticket six days ago, and still, there is no solution. Their support team takes 24 hours to reply, which is unacceptable for a cloud provider.
Due to these delays, I’ve lost valuable resources and work. If you need reliable performance and responsive support, I would not recommend MassiveGRID.
