Cathy, this is not accurate. We have not attempted to contact you since last year. Your membership has expired for some time, and you have been removed from our active client database.

For clarity, you originally enrolled for one introduction, and in good faith, we provided four additional introductions beyond your agreement. We do not provide additional services or introductions in response to negative reviews or threats.

We stand by the integrity of our process and our policies, and our many successful clients and positive outcomes speak for themselves.

From the start, our process is explained both verbally and in writing, including the personalized nature of matchmaking, realistic timelines, and how communication works. Matchmaking is not a sales-driven, high-volume service, nor does it operate on a weekly contact guarantee. As outlined during enrollment, outreach occurs when there is meaningful progress or a potential introduction to discuss, not on a fixed cadence.

You have been an active client for just over 2.5 months. During that time, our team has been working on your behalf and reviewing multiple potential matches. Some options were declined by you, and others were unable to move forward due to availability or mutual interest, factors that are inherent to a consent-based matchmaking process and outside of our control.

Regarding staffing, when a matchmaker is temporarily unavailable, clients are supported by other qualified members of the team to ensure continuity. At no point has your profile been inactive or ignored. Our calls are conducted professionally, and while we understand tone can be perceived differently in moments of frustration, we do not agree with the characterization of our team’s conduct.

We recognize that matchmaking can feel discouraging when expectations and real-world availability do not align. However, we stand by the transparency of our process, the work completed on your behalf, and the professionalism of our team.

Sheryl, we want to respond directly and factually to the concerns you’ve outlined.

First, we have thoroughly reviewed your file and the history of your membership. While we understand you are dissatisfied, we do not agree with the characterization of our company or the claim that services were not provided.

Over the course of your membership, introductions were made, feedback was collected, and your file was actively worked, both before and after periods when your account was placed on hold. Holds pause activity by request and naturally extend timelines; this is clearly outlined in the agreement and handbook you signed.

Regarding matchmakers: staffing changes can occur in any long-term service relationship, and reassignment does not mean your file was abandoned. Each matchmaker who worked with you had full access to your profile, preferences, and prior feedback.

On background checks and safety: every client is screened using third-party background-check services consistent with industry standards. Orders of protection and civil filings are not always searchable across jurisdictions or disclosed in standard background reports. We do not have access to private medical, sealed, or non-criminal civil matters, nor can we legally disclose or investigate beyond what is permitted. That said, we take safety seriously and review any concerns raised immediately when brought to our attention.

With respect to preferences: matchmaking is not an automated dating app. It is a human process that relies heavily on meeting introductions and providing feedback. In your case, several introductions were declined or ended early. Declining to meet or immediately dismissing introductions significantly limits our ability to refine and improve future matches. As outlined in our program materials, consistently choosing not to meet introductions will never result in a successful dating journey.

Matchmaking also requires flexibility. While preferences are honored, no service can guarantee every introduction will meet every criterion, particularly when availability, mutual interest, and timing must align on both sides.

Finally, we want to be clear: this service was delivered within the scope of the signed agreement. We reject the claim that this is a scam, that safety was disregarded, or that your experience reflects misrepresentation. We understand disappointment can be emotional and frustrating, but we stand by the work performed, the introductions made, and the process followed.
