if I could give this company zero stars, I would. I just completed my contract with this company for 5 introductions for $4000. When I had my initial interview with the company, I was skeptical about their claims, but they seemed to have some positive reviews online. Despite the fact that I initially said “no” to signing up, I was repeatedly encouraged by the intake coach that she really “wanted me to do this, and that it could be life-changing for me”. Needless to say, I was duped. The only life-changing thing that occurred is that I had $4000 less to my name. After answering a myriad of questions and providing a lot of information in regards to what I was seeking, every single one of my matches was nowhere even close to what I was looking for in a connection. In fact, all of them were explicitly outside my age or distance preference, or had personal qualities that did not appeal to me at all. In general, I am a pretty easy-going person and allow people to show up exactly as they are, and despite trying to be open minded about the process, my initial reaction to every single match was a resounding “no” within the first half hour of meeting the person. it seems that their “Professional Matchmaking style” is “throwing something against the wall and seeing whether it will stick”. Experiences with the company were always the topic of conversation with any date that I did agree to arrange. Although my personal matches were not for me, they all shared the same opinion of the company in that they thought that the quality of matches was nowhere near their expectations and that the cost of the service was not warranted given the experience. My advice to you is to do not fall for the marketing presentation. The only thing that you’ll get out of it is a lower bank account balance!!

If you read through the Matchmaking company zero or one star reviews, the responses are clearly the same BS irehearsed canned responses for a service that is not worth your while.

if you truly make every effort to match people with their preferences as far as age, location, education, etc. what happened in my case???? Lol??🤷🏼‍♀️

I interviewed at several different matchmaking companies before coming here and this was the best option by far! Maya was also very personable, informative and accommodating.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away

I had a truly awful experience with this company. When I first signed up in November, I clearly explained the type of man I was looking for and my criteria. They assured me they had plenty of suitable candidates and would easily find the right match. Almost a year later, they’ve introduced me to several men who didn’t meet any of my requirements.

Even the men I spoke with admitted they were also being introduced to people who didn’t match their own criteria. It feels like this company takes your money, makes big promises, and then just sends anyone to keep up appearances. Some of the men I met were even active on other dating websites, which makes me question whether the company is paying them just to participate.

They also never respond to calls, emails, or texts. In my opinion, this is completely unprofessional and misleading. I absolutely do not recommend this service – please stay far away.

Since registering as a candidate with the Company in late July, I was given 3 introductions.......all by Sasha, my lead match maker. Being a newbie in the process, I was quickly seeing and meeting 3 women. I am currently seeing one woman named Ellen......I have now seen Ellen a total of 5 times within 2 months and we have seemed to connect very well and have a lot in common !!!! I certainty appreciate and owe the matching process success to Sasha. I have spoken to Sasha and informed her that I was truly grateful that this matching process turned out to be so successful. Currently, I told Sasha to put my account on "happy hold". I submitted a 5 star rating to Sasha.

Less than zero rating. I paid $500 for 6 introduction to have a chance to meet someone I could love. I did this because I am an older woman and don’t want to have to worry about background issues in this day and age.

I was so excited to start this new experience and meet a possible match, but this is turning out to be a nightmare. Two of my three “introductions” were not even in the game. I’ve never even met them.

I wonder if this company has enough men/women to match up? I am reasonably attractive, intelligent, and likeable, but it has been 2 months since my last introduction. I called Larry who said it can take up to 2 months between introductions. Two month! Really!!?? You are already a couple days past 2 months!

I do NOT like this turtle pace and I do NOT recommend this company at all.

We’ll see how the other intro’s go if they ever get them to me. I will post again if they do or don’t. Today’s date is 9/12. The last introduction was 7/10. Ughhhh I do not like writing bad reviews.
