David McDade was very prompt to respond to any of my queries. He was very attentive and of course the quality of the ties, which arrived long before the actual delivery date - which in itself was a HUGE bonus - are perfect. We love the ties. We love the service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic product/ excellent service
