It was a lot of money to send to somebody I’ve never met but great communication throughout the bike was well packaged when delivered and arrived in good time. Had some technical issues but the seller was very helpful throughout and we get it booked into a shop for the repairs and the seller paid for the repairs in full it was a hassle free experience and Im delighted with the bike.

Don’t waste your money, website advertises bikes in stock, you pay £499, and then informed that the bike is out of stock, via a badly worded email. When you then attempt to contact the company to request a refund you receive no response. Totally unprofessional and an experience not to be repeated.

Good price but maybe my fault that I didn’t realise the bike comes straight from the factory (drop shipping). As such I have the added cost of paying for assembly which I’ve never had to do before with a bike purchased over the internet.

Bike came new and as described within a week, very happy with the overall service , would use again if required .

Purchased a new bike from here, for a great price. Communication was top class, quick delivery and excellent service all round. I would highly recommend Jake and MCR bikes.

Bought a pre-owned Bianchi Aria E-Road bike for my wife, we’ve been looking for one for over a year, we saw the bike on the MCR site and thought the description was too good to be true, however after enquiring and paying for it, the bike arrived and it was as the description; in excellent condition, we are so pleased with our purchase.

Electric Brompton 6 speed. When delivered I checked the bike over and could not fault it. Although it is six years old I could not find a mark on it. It presented as a new bike for just over half the price. Everything worked as new and it came with the roller rack so no need for me to buy as an accessory (expensive!). The price was brilliant. I could not find cheaper anywhere for a similar model and condition. Because I live about 15 miles from them they delivered personally. Very helpful and offered to go over the bike if needed. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The bike that I bought was a very good price, and in excellent condition, with new tires and a new chain. There was a bit of back and forth but Jake at MCR bikes was always helpful, and I got the help I needed, and the bike is perfect. Great experience, and would really recommend MCR Bikes to anyone shopping for a used electric bicycle.

Jake answered all my questions, was knowledgeable and I hung up reassured that everything is legit. I bought a basically new GIANT AR 3 for £500, a significantly better value than anywhere else. There was a problem with one screw and when I emailed Jake about it, he resolved this issue too.

There's a 14 day return policy if the bike is the wrong size, so you have nothing to lose by ordering! You'll probably be pleasantly surprised. Jake usually responds within a business day.

Bought a secondhand Trek bike from Jake and I couldn’t be happier. He’s been so friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful throughout the transaction and beyond. Bike was shipped within the time frame they said and was extremely well packaged. I would 100% recommend buying from MCRbikes.

Bike I have ordered and paid for was not in stock but no one told me that - only when i called them to ask whats going on they've said they dont have it. Why to sell something you don't have??? Message them few times- no reply, they said money was sent back but I still didn't receive it. Terrible customer service.

So i just bought a second had bike from mcr i think if your gonna offer a service like this you shoild make sure tje bike is o gppd workong order im having to renew the brake discs as there warped and catching when i ride i woild have given 5 stars if itwasnt for this small error apart from that i love it

Advertise they have the stock, take your money immediately, and then after a few days, offer you an alternative because they cannot fulfil the order. It took me a week to get my money back.
Should not take money until you can fulfil order like many better companies and show accurate stock.

I've just bought a bike from Mcrbikes, and highly recommend them.
My bike was delivered to Scotland for free and in 24 hours. It was amazingly well packaged and took me half an hour to put together.
I'm well-chuffed with it! Best price I had seen in the UK too.
The after-sales has also been great. I have zero complaints and would confidently use them again in the future.
