We had a great experience purchasing wedding bands from MD Diamonds and Jewellers.

Firstly, Omar was very personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond meeting us at 7.30pm mid-week to bring us through the different types of bands, metals and sizes. It's very difficult to find a jeweller that opens after 6pm so this was really helpful.

We left it incredibly late, just a week before our wedding but Omar made sure everything was in order and the bands were available for pick-up the day before our wedding.

We won't hesitate to return to Omar in future for other occasions and gifts.

My experience was very good as I met with Omar for the first time with no knowledge about diamond. He explained every step of the process to ensure that I understood everything. It was with some trepidation that I went to a jeweller in Canary Wharf as my financial situation is a far cry from most of their clientele (I imagine). However, my fiancé and I were treated with so much warmth and respect and made to feel very special. We had two rings resized (perfectly done) and delivered TO MY DOOR (due to tube strikes). 100% recommended for anyone. Omar really knows his stuff.

We got the ring on December 2024 and was waiting till the day i propose to leave a review with photos. We got this custom designed diamond ring from Omar and we were very happy with how it turned out. His overall attention to details, quality recommendations and most importantly honesty on the day we first went there made us buy the ring from him.

We wanted an engagement ring with coloured stones on the sides; After looking at some online retailers, we decided we wanted to talk to a real person and we are glad we did. Omar provided great personal shopping experience, answering lots of questions we had and giving advice around the size of the stones etc. It was easy to communicate with him and he is always really responsive. The custom made ring definitely feels special and unique and we really like it. We even got a nice necklace to go with it!

Ordered a made to measure engagement ring. Everything was great. From the appointment with Omar, where he taught us about diamonds to the actual quality of the ring, we received great service. Omar was very knowledgeable, friendly and not forceful which gave us enough space and time to choose the ring without any pressure. Would definitely recommend.

We chose brushed gold band rings for our Civic Partnership ceremony with an engraving on the inner side. We also made an appointment with Omar at the Canary Wharf office, which greatly helped with understanding all the options of style, band width and ring size, with actual examples.
However, the MD website is also excellent and provides the best systematic overview that we could find online of the range of rings available, with clear images and prices. The engraving style was just as requested and the rings came in smart presentation cases, delivered personally to our home at the agreed time. For choice, quality, price and service, our full recommendation.
