Got my sons shotgun medical review from Medcert it was very quick and at a reasonable cost.

Absolutely awful service form them and awful communication. I paid I full back in 2021. Finally received a response after 6 months of chasing saying that my doctors surgery was difficult to get an hold of.
Also spoke to staff on stands at trade shows ensuring that my query would be resolved.
No refund and no completed service. Would not use again or recommend to anyone else.

Absolute rip off merchants . I paid my money to them for Doctors report to renew my Shotgun license and they did nothing into contacting my GP. I actually ran out of time to renew and ended up disposing of my Gun. They even had the audacity to say they would look after my Gun which I would probably not got back. Please take my advice and steer clear of this company.

Medcert made the process of getting a medical proclaimer so much easier than in previous years when applying for and renewing my firearms certificate.

I live in North London and Dealing with my GP has become a nightmare. For a relatively small fee, MedCert took all of the aggravation away from the process for me.
