Awful communication
Awful communication. Had to get in touch with them twice for updates to then be told that the item was being returned to them even after chasing them up about delivery.
Honestly didn’t even see a point in re ordering as it’s just problems after problems. I’ll order elsewhere.
Honestly don’t even waste your time ordering anything, you’ll be waiting for ages and probably have to chase them for updates and you’ll be lucky if your item actually gets delivered!

Sorry to read of your experience with us Georgia. Your order was placed on 30.01.2024, the item is listed with a 1 week lead time. Upon you contacting us we confirmed that this was out for delivery on that day, 06.02.2024.
We were unfortunately not aware that the delivery did not make it to you until we heard from you again on 12.02.2024. At this stage after investigation with our courier it had transpired that the delivery had been unsuccessful and as such returned to ourselves, at this stage we then confirmed that due to this we had issued a refund for this item.
We take on board your comments regarding communication as this is something we pride ourselves on. As well as this we will review the process of notification with our courier.
Response to Delayed Delivery
On 10 January I contacted their Swiss office (Swiss Point of Care) who advised that I could purchase a Cholesterol testing machine from their UK office. The listing made it clear that the order would not be available for 2 weeks, which was acceptable and I placed an order the same day. Now just after 2 weeks I am being told that it is delayed and will be a further 2 weeks.
On the positive side the staff are always very helpful.
I will update this review with details of what transpires.
26/01/2024 Update. Thank you for your reply. A pertinent question would be Why am I in a rush for this machine? A year after my heart attack I found out that having a very low Cholesterol is dangerous and mine was very low. I halved my statin dose and want to find out where my cholesterol levels are now. I will be going on holiday shortly and wish to know where I stand before I go.
15/02/2024 Update. Despite my ramblings above (edited) Medical Supermarket (MS) remained completely calm and professional in their responses. Amanda assured me that she would keep track of my order and update me of progress, which she did to the letter. The machine was received by MS on the revised date and sent on to me to arrive when I returned from my holidays. Although I was unable to achieve all of my goals I should consider my own (over) reaction to an unfortunate delay. As such I have revised my rating to reflect the real performance of Medical Supermarket. A company can show their real metal when things don't go quite to plan and in that regard MS have come out on top. I would be pleased to order from MS again, whether they would want me as a customer is another question. Furthermore, MS did not ask me to amend this review.

They came to my rescue.
They got me my nasal cannula fast as air liquid was letting me down all the time so I tried this company and order a box of 50 cannulas. Delivery was a bit slow but I got what I needed and I'm happy with my order.
