Exceptional support & service - Highly recommend
Summary: For us, this team took time to understand our needs, got us the information we needed to make our choice, then made sure delivery took place promptly and with minimum disruption. Perfect! Detail: My elderly father needed an adjustable bed, and the manufacturer doesn't sell to the public. the Medical Supermarket team (Amanda initially, then Amanda and Lena) did an excellent job of sourcing the information I needed to choose the correct bed, arranging supply through the company, arranging delivery/installation, and proactively managed the timing of delivery, the rescheduling when some parts didn't arrive at the depot, delaying installation etc. They were proactive, courteous, professional, and I know they were always chasing things on our behalf, finding ways to overcome all the obstacles we faced.
this was so much more support than we had from other on-line suppliers, and was just what we needed. I am delighted with their service/support, and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Fantastic Service and Support
Such a wonderfully helpful and friendly team - saved me when my vaccine fridge suddenly broke down. To have a new one delivered that same week was just amazing, especially during Flu season. Would recommend them to everyone!

Good experience as new customer
I bought Tegaderm dressings from this company, having been given them in hospital and found them to be brilliant. Very happy with the service. The webpage shows stock levels but as what I was looking for was 0, I called Customer Services for a lead time. Call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was pleasant. They told me it would be a week, which is what it turned out to be.
I’d never heard of this company before but from my experience they are reputable and I would use them again. Price competitive for what I purchased.

Very Happy with Medical Supermarket, not quite so much with Fed Ex
Excellent service.
We had tried many web-sites that listed the product we were looking to buy, but on contacting them we found they were out of stock.
We contacted Medical Supermarket, who replied quickly, and confirmed that they had stock.
I ordered, and it was delivered very quickly.
My only issue was with Fed Ex who did the delivery - we did not receive any notification from them of dispatch or delivery time, and they turned up at 7.25am with it! Luckily the driver left it at the rear of the house and posted a note to say where it was.
