This company is shady AF!
They shipped me food that I didn’t even order! I had food in my cart with a coupon code applied IN CASE I decided to order. I found this food on Chewy.com and decided to order through them and less than 10 hrs later, at 2am my time, there was an unauthorized order of a large shipment. It was NOT even the food I had in my cart and there was no 20% off coupon applied!!!
I emailed customer svc of what happened and they sent me a standard reply you cannot cancel an order after it’s been placed. I DID STATE CLEARLY THAT I DID NOT ORDER THIS (IDIOTS)!!! I guess if they play DUMB they can keep your money!
BUYER BEWARE WITH YOUR DEBIT CARDS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

6 months with this company and there has been a delay in 5/6 shipments, with a range of 6-19 days late even with a subscription. My dog lost way to much weight on this food and I have to feed him what apparently a 30lbs dog should eat per maev even tho he was 12lbs. Customer service pumps out pathetic excuses blaming weather and bird flu for delays, assume you will always have to have secondary food on hand despite having a subscription where food is charged for every 4 weeks and comes 4 days later- that happened the first order only. In addition to all these delays our last shipment of 10lbs of food had 5lbs between the 2 bags of just green beans (I separated and weighed it out) they told me “you need to mix it” despite me telling me their packaging isn’t freezer friendly so upon getting each shipment we have to painstakingly rebag into smaller bag and mix everything in the process. Highly recommended anyone try anything else than this brand. Currently going through a credit card dispute because our Feb shipment is now 19 days late and maev is refusing to cancel or refund.

$630 and no food shipped
I called emailed it was being shipped. 1 was canceled for $305 no refund it's been a week. $329 still waiting to ship out. So I have $630 tied up with them and have to go out to buy dog food.

Customer service representative Stephanie went above and beyond regarding my issue. I called to alert that most recent packages were not appropriate for my tiny dogs requiring small bites. Not only did she notate my account, she authorized a new bag to be sent appropriate for my dogs to eat.

I recently tried Maev dog food for my furry companion, hoping for a healthy and nutritious option. However, I was disappointed with the results, after months of use. Not only did the food give my dog diarrhea, but when I requested to cancel my subscription, Maev charged me $350 without authorization. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer requests is concerning. I advise pet owners to beware and consider other options for their dog's nutrition and well-being.

I wouldn’t order from this company..they use dishonest practices, I have 3 dogs total of 476.00 they will NOT TOUCH THIS FOOD.. …1 week after I get the start order they now are sending me another 476.00 worth..I begged them to cancel..my answer was no…if your dog eats this your lucky, cause trying to cancel is a true nightmare! Close to 1000 dollars later…

The code for the website wasn't working and they helped me super quickly. They were able to apply the discount to my next order which I so appreciate.

Maev's customer experience team always goes above and beyond. My power went out at my house and our entire freezer spoiled and they so kindly sent me a reshipment of everything I lost. On top of that, the food has truly changed my dogs life. I love that I can see every ingredient. My dog literally waits by the freezer because he is so excited
