Maev has dramatically improved my dogs life. My dog is 13 years old and has had mobility issues for years. A friend of mine recommended I try a raw food to help and I found Maev online. I started noticing improvements in about a month and my dog is back to walking and running with ease. I am so so so grateful.

We love Maev and especially the customer service! They are always going way above and beyond and truly care about their customers and pets!

Ever since I switched to Maev for all three of my dogs, they have more energy! My Great Dane used to get rash on her body or ate grass with the old dog food but she never does that anymore. My 9yo pitbull regained some of his youth back and he gets zoomie more often!
My baby chihuahua has been so healthy and she loves her Maev.

Maev is definitely worth it for your pup. I have a 90 lb German Shepard and I purchase the joint and hip focused food. She loves it, her coat is so shiny, and I know I am giving my dog the best qualify of food. I had an small issue with sign up, but Von, from customer service helped me rectify any issue I was having. I wish every customer service agent was like VON! He was the absolute best. So professional and knowledgeable.

Horrible Service. They trick you into becoming a subscriber. I did not know this and then placed another separate order. I emailed in to correct and received confirmation that my separate order was cancelled, but then I received 2 bulk orders in the mail and was charged a total of $ 357.00. They refused to correct and make things right, and said nothing could be done. Very deceptive company. Also food is mostly vegetables and not enough real protein. Buyer Beware.

This company truly cares about their customers and their pets! I am so grateful for their incredible food and service. I will be a lifelong customer because of these 2 things. Thank you Maev team!

James was super helpful and responsive. He fixed the several tech issues in minutes…. On a Saturday no less. Was able to fix a card glitch, fix the subscription and apply my credits!

I have spoken to Stephanie specifically multiple times with some of my concerns. She is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to address any of my concerns. She is such a valuable person at Maev!

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Maev food. First of all, my vet said that dogs need grains so I did find a high-quality air dried dog food containing ancient grains that is 1/2 of my pupper’s base food. Then I have tried just about every high-quality fresh frozen food such as Farmers Dog, Nom Nom and Ollie to give him freshness and variety. He likes all of them, but will not eat them continually as he’s very picky. He will literally put his nose in the air and walk away if he is bored with it. Then I got Maev to try and gave him a little at first to transition him and he loves it, 100% of the time. No nose in the air, and he never walks away from it. He always eats that before the air dried and then he grazes his air dried for the rest of the day but at least I know he is getting the grain he needs from the dried food. He loves, loves eating Maev frozen - like puppy popsicles to him. Again, I can’t say enough about the quality and freshness- just look at it- You can see what he’s eating and there are so many incredible ingredients and supplements in it. Thank you. Maev!

This company is awful with customer support. Twice now I charged my dog food subscription date to receive it sooner and both times it took over two weeks to receive. This caused me to have to repeatedly change my dogs food at the last minute which is horrible for my dog due to his stomach issues.
When trying to contact customer support and needing to cancel the order they told me we can’t cancel even if it’s Maevs fault and the order won’t be received until 3 weeks after being placed.
The customer service is awful

This company is very easy to work with. I’ve never had a problem with the customer service. The food is exemplary. My friends say that they want to come back as one of my pets.

I’ve been a customer for years now and my dog is so healthy and happy!! This company has a great customer service that has gone above and beyond multiple times over things out of their control!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have been using Maev for over three years now and decided to give my mom a gift of three months of dog food for her new puppy. I spoke with customer support and they help me set up an account and they help me determine the right food and amount for the dog. One of my favorite things about Maev Customer Service and how they make it very easy to talk to someone about anything in your account or anything you may need for your dog.

Great product, and when my order showed up a thawed, despite being well-packaged, they shipped out a new box immediately! Highly recommend them if you want convenient raw food that is well balanced.

The team at Maev is amazing! Customer Service spectacular! My (4) dogs absolutely love this product including a very lazy english bulldog that will JUMP off the couch when he hears the freezer door open. Quality of the product is consistent, clean, well packed, etc. Response time for questions/issues is super quick. I cannot say enough positive things to get my point across! I tell anyone interested about this product.

Love the food and the ease of it. My dog inhales it!! She loves it!! Her coat is shiny, she’s shedding less and her poops are smaller and solid. She used to have loose stool and scoot along my carpet. That has stopped too
