To be fair
To be fair, they used to be a lot faster with shipping. That’s the problem with great service, once the standard is set, it is very hard to not want it to be kept high at all times. But things happen I guess. I’ll keep buying from Mega Pump anyways, pricing is fair and communication is great.

Amazing products for even better value!
The service was so quick! I would place my order and within an hour I’d receive an email to say it’s been packed and leaving the warehouse!
Super quick delivery and amazinv prices - great value especially compared to other shops out there who are selling the same products at a more expensive rate.
I also like the little touches of adding in small samples to test for free - little gestures like this go a long way!

I recently ordered from megapump, its over a week and still no update, they say an post have package but the tracking says they dont have package, wont be using this supplier again, lots of competitors are way faster with delivery and customer service!

1st Class Service and Prodcts
I ordered from Austria, because some of those Supps are currently not available in my country. Had a question and got a perfect customer support. Shipment Was very fast and carefully packed. Will deffo order again. Cheers Mario

Fair price & good promotion, fast delivery, good variety. Never had an issue with 5 purchases so far ( can not say the same about other companies in Ireland or UK).
One time they were out of the product and contacted me before placing the order for how we could sort this out. Great service
