All good till your delivery goes wrong. Long time customer here having ordered almost every other month since 2021. Also, not usually one to write a negative review but my experience with Megapump on a lost delivery was really bad.
For context, I had a delivery for mid-Aug that their postal service partner lost and did not deliver (signed by someone else not even at my address) and not a small amount. What followed was a long exchange with their customer service over the next 3 months while the postal service was doing their investigation (hence the 2 stars because at least they refunded me after 90 days when postal service confirmed they lost the parcel). I tried reasoning with Megapump and showed them proofs (also why would I lie when this has never happened for my 20+ orders before) I even checked with solicitor friends and mentioned that Consumer Law says the company has 30 days to deliver the package. The contract is between the seller and their postal service and my refund should not have been contingent on any investigation. But it all fell to deaf ears.
It's really annoying that Megapump had no regard for doing the right thing, no regard for a long term customer, no regard for their own reputation, no regard for the long term and were hiding behind their delivery partners' 90 days notice (which wasn't even legal as their website said 30 days). I had to repeatedly chase Megapump and ask them to escalate to their leadership and delivery partner (to be fair their customer service was responsive but could have been more proactive).
This has all left a really bad taste so I will be going to other supplement vendors going forward and will be advising my friends and colleagues of the same. They should also sort their delivery contracts if its going to take 90 days for each lost package investigation.

First time ordering from Megapump and i can't speak more highly of them. I had ordered something that turned out to be out of stock and they were so quick to contact me and give me options. They were great to deal with and I even got a couple of extra little bits in the package. I'll be a repeat customer in future.
