Absobloodylutely fuming! My mother broke the right hearing aid. Luckily we had paid for the extra 1year insurance. I reported it on the 29th Feb & asked for a replacement. The last response, from Elena (who was very polite) but still NO resolution. Still waiting for the replacement.

Ordered a pair of earing aids, but my mistake orderderd 2 pair, could not delete. Meluxa offered me 50% refund. Guess never recieved my refund. Could send the aids back to CHINA.

Bought hearing aids which don't work, tried to return them but they want me to send them back to China and pay for the postage! They offer you a reduced price but that's not good enough as there's supposed to be a
'60 day guarantee' which turns out to be a complete con. Their customer service number is someone's mobile which when you call is switched off.
Con artists.
UPDATE. Have been in contact with my bank and hopefully I'll be getting my money back.
I'd advise anyone else to do the same if they have problems with these scammers.

Total rubbish, offering discounts to keep something that doesn't work, China address for returns to put people off. Absolute scam, will get my money back one way or another, very small world

This company operates the same way. Same product as sonum hearing aids also based in China. I had same problem. Failed after few days. Refused to honour 1 year guarantee. Same poor reviews..One big scam .

I ordered hearing aids in September and received within a week.
Not very comfortable in my ears so emailed to return them.
They emailed me back offering me 25% back which I refused.
I sent them back at my expense in October 2024.
Still not had a refund after several emails back and forth.
Will never use this company again.

Appalling service. Hearing aids did not fit, asked for refund, was offered 25 % which I rejected and asked for full refund. Since then they do not reply to emails and there is no postal address available. Total scam. Do not order from this company

Goods are faulty and sent back to China at my Expense. After 3 months still trying to get my refund now been offered 40% back. This company are just scamming customers with shoddy goods. THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING BACK UNLIKE THE ADD SAYING NO HASSEL REFUNDS IN FULL.

Don’t buy anything from Meluxa a total criminal company, I ordered the fantastic £69 Hearing Aids they took 3 weeks to arrive and are totally rubbish , I emailed Elena the customer service person to request a return and refund with the 100% refund guarantee for which I was told to keep the goods and I would get 25% refund, 20 emails later they don’t even reply now. It’s now 11/03/2025.

Hi how ever much you need hearing aids don't waste your money and time with this company or it's garbage products, they come with no invoice or paperwork of any kind , they won't work from day 1 you will not get a refund no matter what you do ,I really wish I hadn't fell for this bunch of Facebook scammers but looks as if I'm not alone I hope this will help others from being stitched up like I've been

Despite bad reviews I got these aids for my husband he had the NHS ones already. So they came and he really likes them was very happy as they did not effect his glasses as the behind the ear ones did. After 3 weeks the left one stopped working, and I emailed the company, asking for a replacement and tell in how he loved the aids. After 3 weeks I had a reply to say I would get a new one. It came and is working well now and he loves them. The contact by email did take a long time but it did work and I got a replacement which is what I asked for. So a good experience for me.I can recommend the company.

They offer a 100 per cent return guarantee.when what you receive is nothing but a cheap hearing amplifier and ask to return it they ignore you. Get you money back by a charge back claim on your debit card or section 75 claim on your credit card

My husband found them really difficult to get used to, so we requested a refund. A month later and we are still waiting. They have emailed twice in that time, once to give advice which I replied to straight away. Then 2 weeks later they replied offering another pair! We just want our money back! Don’t touch them!

The company is a scam. The hearing aids don’t even work. They offer a 40% refund providing you return them to China . The 40% does not cover the cost of postage to China! So it’s a perfect scam, as it’s not even worth sending them back! I have first hand experience. The quality of the product makes me think that they are the rejects from a bona fide hearing aid company.
Don’t go near this Meluxa company. They trade on Facebook under many different brand names.

Same as everyone else, poor product and you don't get your money back. Don't be fooled, I even agreed to 50% refund and still they won't organise the refund. The company is a scam!
