Don't be fooled by the adverts, this product is extremely poor and surprise, surprise, you can't get your money back.

Have been trying to arrange a full refund without sucess. The hearing aids were not suitable for me- too big, interference and simply not as advertised. They asked me to try different techniques to improve the aids- these did not work. They were very relucent to process my request. Whilst offering a replacement pair of aids ( that I refused) or a 25% refund ( that I also refused) they are now not replying to my emails to obtain the full refund. At the moment I have lost confidence in the company. If the situation changes I will update my comments but looking at other similar negative comments to mine on Trustpilot my expectations of a resolution are low! PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Trying to return my order but getting no response. The UK contact phone number is invalid. I wish there was a no star option above.

Quite shocked about some of the reviews on this site.
I ordered my Hearing Aids for £69 and received them within a week.
After a few days one of the buds stopped working so I contacted the company by email and received an automated reply. This played into my initial belief that it was a scam.
However a couple of days later I received a further reply informing me that they were in the process of sending me a replacement bud. I contacted them again and stated I was concerned that the charging module was also faulty.
Within a week I received a full replacement.
Are they perfect? No, but they have improved my hearing significantly which for £69 I consider a win.
Nobody sells Champagne for Beer prices anymore, but I am very happy with the product.

Bought the hearing device and found they didn't work.
All that you can hear is a feedback/hissing sound. sent email explaining the fault and wanting a refund on return. One week later have received no reply or contact .

Another Facebook scam company, the hearing aids didn't fir so I asked for my money back under their 60 day money back guarantee and they have ignored me.

None of the domes supplied was small enough to fit my ear canal so I emailed Meluxa Support about returning them. They do not respond! I have now discovered that the companies offering really cheap deals on top-end hearing aids are simply reselling other manufacturers clearance stock, some of which does not work at all.

False advertising hearing aids not fit for purpose also NO 100% MONEY GUARANTEED you have to send back to CHINA £35 to send back so out of pocket they will offer 25% and keep not fit for purpose aids then if you keep on to them 50%and keep not fit for purpose aids basically they are robbing you!!!!! DO NOT BUY THESE AIDS!!! If only I had come across this page before I purchased

I received my aids last evening only 2 days after my order. I have hardly any hearing in my left ear and now I can’t believe how clear everything is with no hissing or background noises. The hearing in my right ear slightly better, and although I’ve tried different sized tips I do have a very slight hissing noise but I think that with a bit more experience I’ll get it right. I have had to turn down the TV and everything suddenly seems so loud. My only criticism is that there are no instructions about using the softer clear ear tips. Are they supposed to go over the top of the white ones whilst I’m wearing the aids or are the just for protection when I’m not wearing them? Also how do I use the ear wax sticks ? I know that it’s bad to put anything into your ears and I don’t want to do damage.

Poor quality goods wirh fake reviews, they are a cheap hearing aid not fit for purpose, a permanent hissing sound no matter how much adjustment you do, it's like standing next to a waterfall. Battery life on mine, less than 2 hours. Box arrived with no invoice or return information and nothing relating to Meluxa on the box or instructions. This product is definitely not fit for purpose and is also on Temu at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't pay a £1 for them.

I purchased these ClarityPro CIC Rechargeables Hearing Aids online on 11th January 2025, which arrived to me on 20th January .
These devices do not work, no audible output only a feed back whistle present on all volume settings. Because of this I request a full refund as these hearing devices are not fit for purpose.
I received a reply giving me instructions of how to fit them into my ears but this did not make any difference, these devices are as other people have said, totally unfit for purpose.

AVOID- MeLuxa hearing devices are rubbish products. Received first shipment which were faulty both giving loud whistling feedback when placed in ear. Complained and they sent replacement devices which again gave same whistling fault. They have a faulty batch or production rejects from their supplier.
Will continue try to get a refund of the £69 GBP paid for these rubbish Hearing Devices.

Same as others.. hearing aids are total rubbish. Loud hissing noises, certainly not crystal clear as advertised. Company has now disappeared and taken our money.

WARNING ‼️ I ordered hearing aids which were advertised from this company. They are cheap imitations and don’t work. I sent emails to the company and received no response. The only phone number listed on their website just rings and nobody replies. I should have read the reviews.

My hearing aids were trackable,yodel delivered on the correct day they said they would arrive, wearing my hearing aids now and what a difference to my life, the only down side is that I can now here my wife keep asking for cups of tea.

WARNING! Hearing Aids ordered but not fit for purpose. Meluxa offer a 100% money back guarantee within 60 days with "no hassle". However, in fact the company do not want a return, they offer a partial refund and tell you to keep the goods. If you insist on the 100% refund, as per their guarantee, you should note that you have to return the goods to CHINA which is a great deal of cost and hassle, not to the UK at all despite the goods being sold from a UK address and despatched to me from the UK. Their terms and conditions also offer a "Returns Label" - but in fact they do not provide this. I have yet to get my money back despite their guarantee.
Do not buy any products from this company, they cannot be trusted.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered and paid for hearing aids. A couple of weeks later I received a scam DHL email explaining that the sender had not paid for shipping. They then asked for me to pay for the shipping by entering my card details and other personal information. I did not do that as it was clearly not DHL I was communicating with. I tried to contact the original company, no reply, just got cut off. The DHL tracking numbers they gave did not exist. My bank are now investigating this company and are confident it is a phishing scam and should be able to refund my money on a few weeks. The original website is hearmeluxa.com.

Very poor product. Customer support advertised as being open Monday - Friday until 19:00. Its now 16:30 on a Friday and ive been trying to contact them for the last hour without receiving an answer.
On the page I looked at they advertised this item as having 4.5 trustpilot star review, yet I appear to be their first reviewer. what a take on.
