Avoid like the plague. It's a Chinese company nothing to do with the UK

You are from China and make terrible shoes can't even get the size right
You deliver really late not on time
And make it really hard to get a refund don't trust this site as it is a company from China not england
It's a sham of a business don't buy from them
It's not from the united Kingdom and take weeks to get an order

Scam, avoid. Product is shocking, customer service non-existent . Beware

Terrible customer service. Emails of trying to convince you to not to return an item that is of poor quality and not true to size. Avoiding sending me a returns form as the terms on their website. Very poor quality clothing.

The shirt just arrived. Cheap, nasty, no label saying where it was made. Absolutely not the same shirt as in their (bogus) pictures on their bogus website.

I have been scammed.

Fake and bad quality clothes, must be from cheap Temu site , customer service ingnores my emails for refund. Stay away and report on federal trade commission scams!

Pathetic customer service!

- shoes arrived folded in half with creases embedded in them.
- requested a change in the size of the pants that I ordered no more than 2 minutes after the order went through but no customer service so they were sent anyway and now I must pay 14.95 EUR to get the size exchanged? Nearly the same cost of the product itself all because they don’t check the emails I assume.

Was not a uk shop as advertised. Would be quicker by carrier pigeon. Quality for the price of item is not great.

Poor quality clothes and evading a refund and stating I need to pay to ship clothes back to Asia. Do not buy from this site, they are a scam outfit.

Shoppers beware! The company uses images from another website. Another website is also using the same images. This is a scam. After my boyfriend fell for it, I researched it and told him to immediately request a charge back. They have a phone number but the message left is in Dutch and nobody answers. They don’t respond to emails. We are yet to receive a reply. Save yourselves the hassle and buy from a legitimate business.

Keep away from this company which is based in Asia !
They purposely advertise items made of cotton and send you nylon then offer you a fraction of your money back - help me get them closed down and fined.

As mentioned in other reviews - Chinese scammers. They refuse to provide return/refund instructions for clothing delivered that does not match the website images in any way. Avoid. Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying.

Absolutely useless I’d never buy from this outlet ever again. Quick to take your money snails pace to deliver. A shop that has no idea how to treat their customers.
I never recommend this outlet to anyone. I gave it one star. It should have been minus 5 stars.

Avoid!! Chinese SCAM company

If you are unlucky enough to buy from here without checking reviews first. Your only option of getting any money back is a chargeback with your bank. Its a dropshipping site selling chinese junk

Ordered shoes they are cheap crap from china I can’t get a return label after asking 8 times

I bought 2 pairs of suede loafers for £90 and they took forever to come and when they did arrive, they were crinkled and creased not suede more card board

Literally a £2 plimsole

What a useless bunch of Temu people. Although this may be an insult to Temu.
This is not the UK and China. Cannot return at what would be ridiculous prices so my XL pants that may (I mean may) only just fit my 16yr old who is a small can have.
Please do not waste any hard earned money on a site like this and my goodness this is the last time I get suckered in to A, it's the UK, it is not. B, they completely avoid proper interaction and as somebody else has wrote, feels like AI answers.

I am spitting feathers and wish I'd just gone to M&S and paid £10 more
