I have placed an order on 5 of August. There’s no tracking number. All they say is it will get delivered in 3 - 4 weeks. There is no update as of now. This is the worst shopping I have ever done.

Helen Johnson and Liam Smith your tracking number or order number said the same thing mine said no tracking found so I’m fluttered to believe that you either work for them or are fluffing reviews to not make them look bad. There are to many people with the same story do the math all of us can’t be sharing the same exact story. They are a fraud regardless of how you put it. All of us have yet to receive any product and I find it hard to believe that you did to and if you did congrats!! Show proof cause I don’t believe it!!

Unbelievable, after i wrote my experience with these fraudsters, the CEO "Carlos" lits up his own review of his own company. They use the same language ive used "order no..."

I received an email after writing this review from Carlos, asking me to remove the review, i told him once you send me the tracking number or deliver my products will i then do something about this review.

So instead of doing whats right, he puts up 2 fake reviews. Loool, what a loser.

Im not dome with him, i need people to know about mensroom.shop more than ever.

Like when after a year? With no tracking number?

Omg it's true! It is a SCAM! It’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t got anything.

I ordered these clippers on June 17. Today is August 14 and they still have not arrived. On the original receipt it said within 20 to 40 days. I have emailed them three times each time they say they have been shipped but they cannot give me any sort of tracking number. And they keep saying to just trust them. Not recommended.

It’s a SCAM! Don’t buy!! I want a refund! I ordered my clippers a week ago and they just gave me an order number and every time I got to track the order on their website. It says that there is no tracking number. I tried contacting them and they just give me a auto response email saying someone will get back to me shortly.

All the bad reviews are right. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t got anything. So sad what these people are doing.

So, I ordered my trimmer May 26th, and I'm an extremely patient person. I emailed them end of June for an update. They gave me a 3-4 weeks arrival date, we are now in August and snow my update is "soon".
It would be nice if they reach out to their customers for an update but I have to be constantly reaching out.
No tracking number, can't do a refund for something that has not even been shipped yet.
I get it, it's a small business, but over 2 months and not a tracking number?
I regret buying from them. They quickly took my money and has no useful update.
Again, I regret buying from them. Would rather pay double for a product that is sold by a business with better service than this.
