I ordered at this retailer in march but didn't got a proper track znd trace from the seller. Resulting i never got a notification that the items were available at a pick up point. The parcel was returned ofcourse. And when reaching out to costumer service i got no reply after 3(!) mails.
Don't buy here, it's either a gamble, or a straight fraude.
When they resolve my complaint regarding the paid delivery that was returned to them by the shipping company, and when they provide any solution for the T-shirt that is currently stuck somewhere, I may reconsider changing my rating.
As of now, this is the most disappointing support experience I’ve ever had - there has been literally no response at all.
There is also another serious issue.
T-shirts of the same size are clearly not made from the same materials and are not of the same quality.
The most disappointing part is the sizing itself. I purchased 3XL, and both items are labeled as 3XL, yet one of them is approximately two sizes smaller.
This is extremely disappointing.
