Total scammers, I tried to return a dress s as it was cheap quality but keep getting offered discounts. DO NOT BUY!

I’m unsure why these reviews are posted under meroza.com but everybody here is referring to the same site that I am reviewing which is meroza-wellington.com. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE. They are fraudulently pretending to operate from New Zealand and supply high-quality New Zealand designed clothes. They are in fact supplying poor quality clothes sent from China that arrived in around 10 days. My attempt to help a family member return an item under the 30 day money back guarantee was completely fruitless. They just kept offering gradually increasing replacements and discounts of 10, 20 and then 30% while inviting us to keep the junk clothing and when they did eventually accept our request for a return they emailed shipping details for a Chinese warehouse which would have cost us $35 and even more wasted time in attempting to return a $70 item. We were going to write this off as a learning experience but instead went to the trouble to contact our bank to arrange for a charge back on our credit card even though it now looks like our credit card will be cancelled and re-issued as a result (even more wasted time) so you can see how strongly we feel that these dishonest operators do not get a single cent of anyone’s hard earned money.

Purchased a dress, orthopedic sandals? And leather backpack? Sandals and backpack cheap and nasty...dress average. All sent from China. Sadly feel very ripped off, will never order from Mezora again.Beware.🙄😥

Woke up at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep so went online - Meroza Wellington advertised closing down sale - felt bad for a company closing down so purchased a boho dress that was reduced considerably. Confirmation was quick and got tracking nr which said item was coming from China! Item arrived but is cheap and nasty! Obviously there will be no chance of a refund! Moral of the story- if it looks to good to be true- it is!

I have been trying to get a refund of the clothing that did not fit. They keep offering me deals but the clothes are useless because they do not fit. Absolutely disgusted with the company

Would rate 0 stars. My order is completely MIA. Been almost over a month and order is nowhere to be found and cannot use the tracking number provided to find it. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM ITS A SCAM!!!!

This is a FAKE Store- I found several of the same items on TEMU. I complained to the commerce commission but seems they are still there. I wonder how many people have been sucked in. If you see something you like- find it on TEMU at a fraction of the price. Though quality bad there too. Unbelievable that these people can lie straight out like this and get away with it.

Really disappointed with my dress. Annilie elegant dreds. Fabric cheap and size was said L but it doesn't fit my usually medium body. Sad that companies like this put one off shopping online

I ordered and received the Julia chevron Retro wide leg trousers that were said to be

“ Material: High-quality denim fabric for comfort and durability
Fit: Wide cut, high waist”

but were in fact 95% polyester and 5% spandex, not high wasted and hardly wide cut. They state that no refunds are given on sale items so I doubt I would get my money back. Disappointed in myself for not checking the website properly first. They got me good. 😞

DO NOT BUY FROM MEROZA-WELLINGTON. This is a fake shop pretending to be a quality NZ brand.
Items are not even the same quality as Temu or Shein and although they have a 30 day return policy they don't tell you that you need to return it to China, if you've ever sent something to China, it costs more than the item
Paid $70 for a dress that it worthless as it looks nothing like the add, and made of very very cheap fabric.
Have been offered a 50% refund, but I want a full refund as I won't wear it and don't want to pay $35 to throw something away.

Ordered off this company, Meroza Wellington. They claimed their clothes were designed in NZ. Items took 18 days to arrive and was very disappointed with fabric, colours, and quality. Did not look at all how it was pictured. Do not buy from this company!! Sent from China, probably could have got a better buy from Temu.

This website pretends to be local from Wellington New Zealand. The name of the shop is Meroza-Wellington.com , I ordered 2 leather bags, 1 sandals, 1 Linen shirt. And total cost me $279, thinking and believing from what they post online was a quality made product. When I received the product it is made of non leather, not linen texture shirt, seems like from Temu or Shein products. And to make it worse the parcel came from China. It is a fake website selling expensive item, pretending to be NZ local item having a close down sale! I emailed them for a return but saw from the refund policy that they are not doing a refund from SALE ITEMS. BEWARE OF MEROZA-WELLINGTON. I saw this from FB ads by the way.

Ja da, det er ikke nemt at indrømme at man har kvajet sig.. men da jeg bestilte et par solbriller, gjorde jeg lige præcis det. Efter en måned fik jeg en besked fra post nord om at der skulle betales told. Det kostede mig 160kr i administration for at betale 9 kr i told. Ærgeligt med tolden da jeg jo bestilte fra en dansk side. Og vanvittigt fra post nord. Nå.. nu er pakken så endelig kommet! Desværre indeholdt den ikke solbrillerne, men en fila kasket?? Meget random.
Næste gang bestiller jeg nok et andet sted fra.

Købte en BH fra siden og fulgte deres størrelsesskema. Ifølge skemaet skulle en str 85F købe en str L - så det gjorde jeg. Jeg modtog pakken fra Kina, med en BH i str 36 med en A skål…. Og så skal jeg betale 100 kr for at sende den retur til Kina? Nej tak. Jeg kan ikke opfordre nogen til at smide penge deres produkter.

Jeg bestilte to par bukser som begge skulle siges at have en fed indstilling omkring hoften så man kunne rette dem ind efter ens former- da dette var meget eftertragtet for mig skyndte jeg mig bare at få bestilt da fer kun var 2 stk tilbage.

Da de ankom efter næsten en måned (fordi de kommer fra Kina) modtog jeg to par bukser, begge to de farver jeg bestilte dem i men mega tyndt og billigt stof og uden deres funktion som de reklamerede dem så meget for. Derudover virker det endda til at de lyver om deres anmeldelser på deres hjemmeside.

Jeg frygter nu jeg ikke får mine penge tilbage ud fra hvad andre folk har af oplevelser.
Ikke lad jer selv ryge i samme fælde som mig.

Hold jer væk fra Meroza. Varen kommer fra Kina og er en megadårlig kvalitet. Sandaler, jeg ikke kunne passe, blev returneret - til KINA!!! For 1 måned siden.Har ikke hørt et ord eller set mine penge siden!!! Svindel og humbug!!! 😡

Samme firma har fået nyt navn, Solona.... Bestilte bukser ved Solona for 3 uger siden, som ikke er kommet. Så reklamen på Tik Tok. Idag dukkede reklamen op igen, men nu hedder hjemmesiden Meroza og ikke Solona. Solona (eller bysolona) havde også 7000+ tilfredse kunder ifølge hjemmesiden, men har ingen anmeldelser på trustpilot ud over den jeg nu har lavet, i virkeligheden. Det er snyd, fusk og tyveri.
