Standard return fee for any item is £14.95. Do not recommend ordering from them.

They've managed to loose my package!
I've been continuously following up with their customer support, as I believed that the wait time is a bit long, but they've been saying it's normal. I've asked if they have access to carrier-side tracking that is not public and stated that I want to open an investigation, suddenly an email arrived explaining how they are very sorry and the package is lost...
Never ever ordering anything again! My honest advise is to avoid at all costs.

Also, just bcs your customer services agent is responsive, it doesn't mean it's helpful!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! charge a rip off for returning items despite tricking you by saying it only costs 14.95. Clothes were cheap quality too. You'd find better in Primark!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Meshki UK and would strongly caution UK customers before ordering, particularly if you are buying occasionwear and may need to return items.

I ordered through meshki.co.uk, paid in GBP, my bank transaction appeared as “Meshki UK”, and returns were handled via Royal Mail to a UK address clearly labelled “MESHKI RETURN - UK”. At every stage, the experience suggested I was purchasing from a UK-facing retailer with standard UK return expectations.

Unfortunately, the dresses themselves did not meet expectations in terms of fit and were not flattering, so I returned the full order. I expected to lose the stated return fee, which I accepted.

What I did not expect was to lose a further £74.41 in duties, despite returning everything. This was not sufficiently obvious to me during the purchasing process, and the only reference appears buried within a support article rather than being made clear at checkout or prominently within the returns policy.

When I raised this concern, customer service repeatedly explained what duties are rather than addressing the actual issue, which was the lack of transparency for UK customers. Despite explaining that the UK branding, UK transaction name, GBP pricing and UK returns process reasonably gave the impression of a UK retailer, my case was simply closed without properly responding to my concerns.

If you are ordering from the UK, please be aware that returning unsuitable items could cost you far more than the advertised return fee. Had this been made sufficiently clear, I would not have placed a large try-on order.

Do not buy if you expect to return. My return fee from Scotland was nearly £45.

Meshki are breaking the law by breaching the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Their illegal returns policy states that you can't return items marked 'final sale' for a refund. This contradicts your rights under consumer law - their shoddy policy doesn't override the law. I've reported this to Trading Standards to address as a matter of urgency. Don't allow these con merchants to steal your money, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days regardless of whether the item is marked 'final sale'.

Not worth 1 star. Ordered a top and a pair of trousers came instead. Reported this with pictures and was told it would be looked into. I haven't heard anything back from anyone, even after reaching out to ask when the problem would be resolved. It cost me nearly £ 100. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this brand.

I have honestly never been this disappointed in a clothing brand before. I had been looking forward to receiving my order from MESHKI for weeks because everything on their website looks SO beautiful and luxurious. You pay a ridiculous amount of money, plus customs and extra fees, so naturally you expect decent quality in return.

But what I received looked absolutely NOTHING like the photos. I ordered two dresses and a matching set, and every single item was some of the cheapest-looking clothing I have ever seen. The fabric is paper-thin, see-through, wrinkled, and honestly feels like something from a cheap scam website. The quality feels incredibly cheap, the stitching looks bad, and the fit is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures.

It’s honestly shocking that they charge these prices for clothing that feels like ultra cheap fast fashion. I genuinely feel scammed and I will never order from MESHKI again. If you’re considering buying from them, do not trust the photos on their website. What you receive is nowhere near the same product.

Absolutely awful customer service from Meshki. My dress arrived dirty, and after contacting customer service I was promised a 30% refund as compensation. Over a month later, I’ve received neither the refund nor a replacement dress.

Every email is answered by a different person, meaning I have to explain the situation over and over again with no resolution. They just keep fobbing me off instead of actually fixing the issue.

I’m now stuck with a dirty dress that I paid full price for. Really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. Bought a dress and top shipped to the UK and because I spent over a certain amount postage was free. The dress fits so poorly and the quality of the top is awful. The top cost £59 and the stitching is coming loose and is completely uneven. The return postage fee is £15 which seems excessive

Avoid ordering from them if you value honest support and returns. They unlawfully charge for returns and offer unequal treatment, providing less for a monetary refund compared to store credit. Additionally, they charge a £10-£15 fee per return, which is not in compliance with the EU consumer act that mandates refunds for shipping fees.

£35 pounds return cost for a dress whose quality was so different than pictures advertised.

Wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering.

Returns policy is terrible - Quality is work than expected and they will charge you >£15 to return it

I ordered my normal size skirt & top but the sizing is really small; the top couldn’t even do up but there was no option to exchange. The quality was also OK.

The postage is a RIP OFF!!!
The initial postage cost £9.95 & it then cost £14.95 to return the items. I Wouldn’t even risk ordering the bigger size just in case I had to return it & have to oay £14.95 again!

So, all in all it cost the unbelievable price of £24.90 for postage. What an absolute rip off! Especially when the return address is in the UK. I’ll never buy from this company again.

The quality is horrible for the price of the items - most of them are polyester.

They advertise themselves as being in the UK but then it turns out all items are shipped from Australia so returns are very expensive and only accepted within 14 days.

Sizing is all over the place - sometimes I fit in L, other times XS (I'm between XS and S).

I've tried ordering from them multiple times but sadly after paying for multiple returns due to their poor sizing, I'm not willing to try anymore.

I checked their return policy before ordering and it did not mention that they charge you $16 and only give store credit, even for regular items (not sale/final sale.) The quality is mid at best and they obviously only post good reviews.

Why on earth does no one mention about their refund process, very tedious plus they take a £15 fee WOW, they refused refund for an item that didn’t fit just because of their final sale rule, I am livid as this dress wasn’t cheap and now I have to find a way to sell it, absolutely absurd!!

Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering with them! I had high hopes after seeing reviews on social media etc, but the quality of the items I received was horrendous. Dresses that look structed on the website were thin and flimsy, made with such cheap material. One dress which was nearly £200, I saw PrettyLittleThing had the exact same dress on their website for £28 and I wouldn't be surprised if the quality was actually better from there! I returned everything and have just received notification of my refund, and I am being charged over £50 for duties, plus the £15 return fee, to keep nothing! They advertise the £15 return fee but hide the duties charges in the original cost. Absolute scam! Definitely false advertisement I would say!

If i could rate minus stars i would, I ordered three dresses and used a welcome discount code which gave 10% off. Sadly all the dresses were not great quality and considering the price point most definitely not worth it. I returned all the dresses well within the 14 day time frame and was charged £14.95 as stated on their website as a flat rate return. The dresses came to £319 in total, yet I was refunded £275. I've emailed querying this as my refund should have been £304 so ive been short changed £29. This was the response I recieved,

'The total amount refunded to you was £275.75. This amount was calculated by taking the total value of the items returned and applying the following deductions:

The £14.95 flat return shipping cost.
The reversal of the £32.30 discount that was originally applied to your order.'

This doesnt even make sense, I've sent a follow up email explaining the above and asking for clarification and I've recieved no response.

My advice, avoid avoid avoid!

£25 for "shipping and return". Absolute scam. Do not buy from this brand.
