Firstly sizes are off, ordered a top and skirt in 2 sizes, total 4 items. I am a medium in most places but sometimes come up small so ordered a large also. Tried the Medium first (the zip was also faulty so couldn’t undo) didn’t matter anyway as was more like an XXL. Then when I returned cost me £62! Won’t be ordering from here ever again! Be warned!

Extremely expensive for the quality of the products. Seriously i”ve bought three outfits in different times just to make sure that it wasn’t just a random thing of one specific outfit. The quality is so poor that the same outfits in shein would be better.
The EU is a scam . I like the looks but it’s all great marketing and nothing more. I’m very disappointed.

Final sale dress came ripped apart. Provided photos and Tiana told me she issued the 120%store credit since 9th September,I still haven’t received this. I reached out various times by email and no response. Seems like Im being ghosted by the customer service now when I didn’t even ask for a refund,only store credit. I shouldnt have to chase this but I cannot believe Im left with a faulty dress and a lie.

Do not order unless you want to loose alot of money on returns as they charge you ALOT for duties and NOWHERE advertise that on their site. It’s a scam and very disappointing. I ordered a few dresses that were terrible quality and one was defective so I had to return - for almost half the money I paid…. How is this such a popular brand!?

Return costs are EXTORTIONATE. I returned one dress and still had to pay £40 - absolutely obscene. Would never order again.

sizing variation between styles is significant. a medium in one dress can be the equivalent to XS in another. i ordered a few dresses to try and had to return them, the return fee is a flat rate of £14.99 which is steep BUT they also charge you for "duties and taxes" which won't be reimbursed. I've pursued these costs via HMRC (over £150 which was more than the dress i did eventually buy) but HMRC said i was unable to claim as a private individual, it would need to be claimed by DHL (the importer/courier). DHL say that they are unable to reimburse me as they did not take the money from me and have sent me back to meshki. Nice dresses but sizing is such a risk and the cost to return is far too high to make it worth it!! would not recommend

If you are in the Uk, please be aware of the return cost. First of all you have to print out your own label, and on top of that I had to pay 42 pounds for return.

Not worth it if you are planning to return products.

If you’re looking into buying the Meshki White Clarence Skirt think twice. I don’t know if people online are lying or if Meshki changed the product. I kept seeing everyone go on about how its double lined, not see through etc. however. It is in fact NOT double lined and IS see through! Quite annoying to be honest. Can’t even return it because of the fees so gonna have to figure out on what to do

I made 3 orders during sale only one the last one is on the way the two first orders have still not arrived orders made 18 July now 7 of August I still haven’t revived them costumers support does to reply to my emails is horrible

If I could give 0 starts I would. Complete rip-off, dresses not true to size quality not amazing, but the worst thing is the return. I paid £14.95 return shipping fees and an additional £29.91 in duty fees. This company has a UK site and have the nerve to charge £45 to return. I would never order again this is a complete rip-off of a company!!!! It is 2025, stick with the times if you want to have a profitable company.

Reporting to the ombudsman for not responding to returns which were within the window.

Cheap looking dress get better quality in Primark, not true to size total rip off. FUMING also states not eligible for return since bought in Sale. Will never buy again and has now made me aware to check reviews first.

Bedrijf antwoordt snel! :) De rok die ik bestelde was exact zoals op de foto en de maat was goed! De levertijd is wel iets langer dan wanneer je binnen België of Nederland besteld, maar ik ben super tevreden van mijn bestelling en de klantenservice 🙌

The bridal dress I ordered wasn‘t true to size which was sad but ok. Here the fun began - I‘m from the EU and yes there are duties and taxes, which I paid to meshki when ordering. But when returning, Meshki didn‘t retun my duties and taxes. Other shops do this as a service and get the money back from the officials themselves without including the customer in the process. Meshki didn‘t do that, and even after several mails they couldn‘t even give me the receipt of where they paid the money exactly and the official reference numbers etc so I could at least try to get my money back myself. So, without the necessary information I‘m stuck with about 130€ I had to pay for NOTHING. bad service, really

Please BEWARE before ordering from this company!
ordered a dress for my daughter unfortunately we had to return not quite what she was looking for, had thought we would order a replacement but when returning discovered they charged a £14.95 return shipping fee. Such a SCAM the dress cost £68.60 which included £7 delivery now only getting £43.70 back … seriously a loss of £24.90 this dress was for her graduation.
If I could give zero stars I would.
I will be passing this on to trading standards.

Order not received after 2 weeks. Customer service is reacting very slow and doesn’t know where the package is. I want my money back. This is a scam

After my first order I wanted to order more but what I experienced today is beyond all limits.

Beware before ordering from this company! I ordered two different sizes of the same dress because I wasn't sure which would fit my daughter best. It took three weeks for the order to arrive. When returning one of the dresses, I discovered they charged a £15 return shipping fee from West Middleland to Egham via Royal Mail. Additionally, they refunded me the reduced sale price of the dress instead of the original amount I paid. As a result, I ended up losing £20 just for returning an item!

This practice feels unfair and likely doesn't align with UK consumer rights regulations. Please be cautious!
