Horrible! Unknowingly, they sign up for monthly autopay. Do whatever you can to make sure they have not signed you up for autopay. I was not signed up for autopay, however, months later I received a charge on you credit card or debit saying I was charged. Even if you debate with your bank they send out the product without you even knowing. It's been since June, I debated the charge and now September have not yet received a refund. They will go back and forth with you and gas light you. Taking them to the State at this point. Don't buy into this scam!!

I am so relieved I didn’t fall for this program. Sad to see so many folks getting scammed. Another extra long video that never mentions your “hormone type” after you fall for the questions.
I was also amazed to see so many of the workout videos on EBay!! I actually purchased one for a fraction of the original price to see if I could actually do the exercises.
Sad to see all the weight loss promises out there are nothing but scams trying to get a piece of the pie.

My wife took this product to help shave some baby fat off, but instead it took away her breaststroke.

I broke out in a rash from head to to, stopped taking it, took 3 days of benedryl to relieve the itching. Forgot about the auto- ship due to personal issues, they took out the auto-ship today and i called and explained all thats been going on asking for refund and to not ship this order.... told that I have to wait for it to come then send back ... my question is it was just processed TODAY, why can you NOT send it? Thats my rent money :( that I now have to wait for ( the first order was almost 10 days before I recieved it... now i got to wait that and then the return time... NOT RIGHT AT ALL!

I watched part of the ridiculous video that just goes on and on without really saying anything and after that they spam you with emails. The language used in these emails is disgusting and manipulative and show they know nothing about health or weight loss. Body shaming people into buying your products? Really? Please stay away from this and these types of companies.

I am disappointed that once again a Dr Jade is just another company trying to make money off weight loss help. People like me struggle and as usual get false hope. If want succes you basically have to buy thier products.

Zero stars would be better. I’m in the process of reporting them to BBB. What a scam! They took over $600 of my money for a box I never even opened. They’ve given me the runaround and it’s been over 2 months! DO NOT waste your money, time or trust to this fraudulent company. Absolutely disgraceful!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM. I looked at one of these videos but soon realised it was a massive scam up-selling product on product. They prey on your emotions and weaknesses. Very clever. I stopped watching the ridiculously long videos only to find they had taken $40 from my bank account without me EVER HAVING AUTHORISED PAYMENT. I emailed demanding a refund. They stalled and tried to get me to call their refunds team the day after. I threatened legal action and told them they had committed fraud. The money was miraculously refunded immediately. What a gross waste of my time.85% 1star reviews!! Yet they only reply to the rare positive reviews🤣They deserve to go bust.

I bought the Metabolic plan $37.99 and made a mistake by picking 6 bags of shake drink tried to un-click it but it would not let me correct it so I tried to select the option to buy 1 bag $68.59 instead in hopes that would correct it next thing it took me to past the confirmation screen and the receipt was posted for over $200.00, so I called the customer service line and they said they'd correct it - it's still not corrected. Called the customer service line today but can't get anyone for it tells me I'm calling out of business hours that starts at 9:00am but my time is 11:30am. I tried numerous times to call this customer service line but not available. I should've done my research before purchasing something like this online.

I didn't buy any extras and that seems to be the issue with all the one stars. I only bought the workout videos. They are cds so you will need a system that plays cds, but I do enjoy the workouts and they go fast. I wish they had someone there to do the exercises with modifications instead of a quick pop in or no pop in at all.

Once they get your money they go radio silent. It's a big scam to upsell you on all the other crap. Don't fall for it

Such a SCAM company I can not even believe how HORRIBLE people can be to KNOWINGLY take advantage of people and capitalize on us when we are trying to take good care of ourselves.

Joined and purchased some products. Had to return a few items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. Had to provide them with their own return info that they originally sent me and my tracking number, and still waiting. Poor quality exercise videos that freeze or blank screen when playing. Cancelled membership and will see if they try to keep charging me.

I joined and paid the $37. I was most annoyed when I couldn't exit the transaction as the Dr kept trying to sell 3 other products which he claims will enhance the performance. I think that was tacky.
Introduce the full program up front and let people decide if they wast yo spend $2000 for the year rather than lure you in with $37 and then trying to scam you.
Luckily I did not sign up gor any extras.
Word of advise. When doing these online purchases do not use your usual debit or credit card. Use a card that is usually empty and you need to transfer money to in order to make a purchase. That way they can't take your money when the card is empty.

I am in the UK. I signed up for the program and ordered the Metabolic Shake Protein Powder on May 14th. I still haven’t received it. The tracking system is useless, it is showing an expected delivery date of May 29th but today is July 8th. I have emailed customer service on numerous occasions to chase my delivery, mostly I do not get a response, when I do it’s been useless.

I’m reluctant to call by phone as I do not want to waste one more penny with this company.

When you sign up it reads as though you will get a 100% refund for products if you are not satisfied. However if you call and try to get that refund they try to convince you to get other products in return. Should you stick to wanting a refund, they provide you with a shipping label for the product (in my case protein powder which was disgusting), but you have to pay for the shipping. Since I had opened one of three bags they only were going to refund for the two unopened once they received them. It’s now been a month since they have received the bags and I still don’t have a refund.

Edited to add: After a month and a half with no word from them I called and was directed to their Refund Assistance department. The gentleman I spoke with continually asked for my tracking number though I explained to him the receipt that had that was accidentally trashed but I could provide him the RMA number THEY assigned. He told me he couldn’t do anything without the tracking number and I would have to just continue to wait.

So you get a 30 min video of the so called Dr telling you he knows about your hormone issues all the time the clock is ticking away on offering you a 45% discount. $37 After the sales talk if you are stupid enough you will sign up like me. Then the fun starts once your money has been taken. This same Dr on video again tells you that the best way to deal with your weight loss is by purchasing his special blend of milkshakes at an additional cost of $133 . I can’t have milkshakes with my digestive system. Of course if id have known this before I would never have signed up. So before signing up He’s telling you that this is all you need to achieve metabolic renewal but once signed up its the milkshakes that you need. Its a complete SCAM and I really have no idea how they are getting away with it.

I still waiting for my refund but I guess I will never see my money back , with 1 star they not allow me to add my experience so I tried to select all the stars

Extra charge of over $300 was place on my credit card and the customer service rep could not find it in my record. I asked to speak with someone else after being told repeatedly there was no extra charge and was told I would just be told the same thing by someone else. I then asked for a total refund of everything I had purchased and the refund specialist contacted the billing dept and relayed to me it was in error. I will be returning all products, but will not receive a refund for shipping. Buyer beware.

Ordered 3 bottles quarterly and started receiving 3 bottles monthly. People on the phone either don’t understand their job or do order on purpose due to commissions!!!I am so disappointed because I really liked the Omegas but it put me off what happened with me. I have 6 bottles in my fridge! Spend a lot of valuable time on the phone and got so stressed out because the person on the phone was totally not understanding . So much about not stressing…So now the admins instead of reaching out have limited what I can say and my complaints. I hope this reaches Inna Sherpa
