Scam, very clever scam. I rarely give negative reviews but this company is awful. You take a quiz and for £30 odd (paid in dollars) they promise a personal diet and workouts plus one-to-one help which is a phone call from the USA in which they quoted £1,800 for their system including supplements. Further discussions brought this down to £497. She kept saying "we have your payment method say YES and we can do it". After the call I promptly cancelled PayPal and now I am being bombarded with very tempting hard sell emails. I'm unsubscribing each one and will inform PayPal they are a scam. I am worried as they have my details but I need to let everyone know what a clever and diabolical company this is. One star is too much. Beware and avoid.

First, there is no final "cart" to consider what you're signing up for. As each upsell or info screen appears, if you click on it, they are charging your payment method for every click. I was so frustrated by this before I even came to the last screen that I sent them an email to cancel my order, but they sent me the products anyway and I sent them back using a label they emailed to me with an "RMA number" QR Code on it. When I called back a third time to check on the status of my $201 refund (you won't be refunded your initial sign up for MR at the first screen you are given), they told me the warehouse must scan everything in and then my refund will be made within 14 days. On day 15, I called again and was told that my refund will be made while I am on the phone with them, the lady sent me an email confirming the amount of my refund and that it should be immediately available on my card. After waiting on the phone for 10 minutes, my refund wasn't showing up on my Visa. Then she stated my bank could take up to 7-10 business days to show my credit. I told her that never happens with any Amazon or other subscription or product refunds. After another 7 days, and checking with my card carrier who said there is no refund, I called AGAIN and spoke to "Toni" who said she was emailing me the transaction number to give my card company so that they could check why the refund wasn't showing up, but I NEVER received an email with that info. At this point, I am going to call again and ask to speak to a person with a first and last name and record the conversation. My instincts were correct at the time of ordering that this is not reputable, which was a shame because the video seemed compelling and I was excited to try it. However, this company has terrible ethics (as you can read from all of the similar experiences to mine). As I am a Litigation Paralegal, I will file a small claims litigation matter if necessary on the principle that people should be treated better than this. Natural Sherpa A/K/A Metabolic Renewal is a money grab, pure and simple. Save your money and don't sign up!

SCAM - DO NOT ADD ANY PRODUCTS IN YOUR BASKET IT WILL CHANGE YOU

I was curious to see what the fuss about the company is, and to move forward you need to add subscription to your basket. Once you have done that you can't remove things and even if you leave the page after a few hours your account will be charged.
You can't cancel the order, I have emailed and called and they still have sent the products.
You will have to pay to send the producs back, and they will only refund you the products not the charges for their shipping or cover the cost for the return.

Fun part starts when you want to check the status of your refund. After several emails, sent to all emails I found and weeks of no anwser, I started calling, the number on the contact list never rings.
So if unfortunately you have done the mistake of going on their website before reading rewies and you actually want to get a response please +15612216989.

You will not get the full amount you have spent.

As previous lady mentions, it’s a complete scam and don’t sign up. I’ve sent at least 5 emails to get subscription stopped as despite signing up for a month it’s automatically taking money month by month! They’re about to take the 3rd payment on the 12th and now having to resort to going to bank to stop the payment. I shall be reporting them as this is unacceptable.

The basic plan of the workouts and meal plan is amazing. I am now in the best shape I have ever been because of it. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the extras they try to sell you. Their protein powder and mastery club are all overpriced and not worth it. Stick to just the basic and you won't be disappointed!

Complete scam! They put you in autopay and won’t stop even if you email their support multiple times. They don’t answer their phone. I get charged every month and finally had to just try and stop the payments through my bank. The program sucks as well. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed!!!

I bought the book, but it wasn't sent straight away until I speak with a specialist.
They told me that for the program to be effective I have to purchase XYZ products. Upon streaming the book and the meal plans, I could have tried to do it first without buying all the products that they recommended. I immediately cancelled the products within an hour, left a voicemail, and email regarding cancellation of order. I've emailed and called them multiple of times but it seems like they don't want to return my voicemails, emails and they keep telling me every 5 days that the number I gave them isn't ringing.
Anyways 8 days later the products arrived, I've been calling and emailing them and until now they are not interested in resolving anything.
They didn't even go through the supplement in details with or gave me product details to review before submitting the purchase.
These people are a joke! Once they get your money, they do their best to scam and delay any rectification.

The don't have the decency to respond properly in the email. Please don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this company, they don't value customer service at all. They won't care about you.

I decided to try it because it was only $39.99, then at every turn they were playing a “but wait there’s more” game where for $80 I could get this other thing that I needed in order to “get the most out of my program” and then another thing for $60 that I needed to “get the most out of my program”. At that point I exited out. Apparently that gave the green flag for all of it though, so they sent me a heavy ass box that’s going to be $30-$50 to return, in order to get a refund, which will not cover return shipping, for crap I didn’t actually order. PS They also signed me up for some kind of reoccurring payments. Steer clear friends.

Absolutely AWFUL. I just paid for the program and realized it was rubbish so asked for a refund. The customer service rep was SO condescending and kept trying to offer me more things to stay. I politely asked her to stop patronising me and just refund my money but she just wouldn’t stop. I am disgusted with how badly the reps are trained and how they just would take no for an answer. Awful. Avoid at all costs

If I could award 0 stars I would. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying a hormonal balance plan from them, unfortunately I got scammed out of a few sterling pounds as contacting them to obtain a refund as per their money back guarantee is absolutely pointless. As we say in my country, I hope they spend my money on medicines.

*EDIT* They replied and asked for my contact info 10 days ago, which was promptly provided and they are yet to get in touch, so please don't think they will actually refund you, it's all for show!

Ugh! So over these kinds of companies that are capitalistic and founded on fakery. Save your money and time for legitimate businesses that treat customers with respect. God forbid you Want a refund! Expect the criminals to steal a chunk of your hard earned money but not until after a good battle and threats on your part. Buyer be aware! Really disappointed.

I was excited to try Metobolic Renewal and signed up to give it a try. Since menopause weight gain and dieting has been unsuccessful. I received a phone call within a couple of days feigning concern to hard sell me more product. The shakes gave me bowel issues that I did not have prior. And since I complained there are no more concerned phone calls checking in on me. Just another program like so many out there. I'm sure it works for some definitely did not work for me. Beware of the pushy sales people.

Aviod!!!! I ordered the Digital Only product on 16th March ($37.99) but was charged for this AND the DVD package plus shipping to the UK, which came to over $100.00. In my mind this is a version of theft.
I’ve contacted the Customer Service (who do not appear to actually read the context of emails) & their stock response is to tell you to call them - but I can’t afford to also pay for an international call, and in 2023 this should not be the only option they offer - it’s about making it hard to cancel/get your money back. I’ve asked for another (free) way to contact them. No helpful response. I also don’t see why I should have to call then - it feels like a money making scam.
I’m now full of regret - I do think I’ve been scammed. I’ve never bought anything like this before, but I’m having such a terrible time in menopause I felt a bit desperate & thought this could help. I now feel like this kind of hard sell is designed to exploit those feelings.
I posted my complaint on Facebook - the admin responded immediately & have said the ‘right’ things’ & that they’d referred me to their ‘Refund Specislist’ & gave me a reference number but I haven’t heard anything from them for 5 days. They’re dragging it out.
So this started 10 days ago and a good, reputable company would have resolved this by now. This firm hasn’t even properly engaged with me in a meaningful way that will resolve their ‘mistake’ and I just want my money back.
I only gave 1 star because you have to give one on these reviews. So, do NOT use this product / firm - it is a hard nosed money making sham and the customer service is robotic so avoid avoid avoid!! I wish I had.

Update:
I’m pleased to say that I have now received a refund for the money I was owed by Metabolic Renewal. This is the right outcome that I have had to work way too hard to achieve. No one from the company had the courtesy to let me know it had been refunded and obviously I have not received an apology. This is not a good way to run a business but I no longer have to have anything to do with it. Although now resolved I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT proceed with any orders from this company. I bought the 12 week diet plan - fine. Then, without any option to opt out; I was subscribed to purchasing the whey protein powder.
Tried to cancel the order immediately, but by the time I’d spoke to someone from the US at my own expense, the package has been shipped. The customer service email/phone support offered no such help.
Really wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing the plan. I feel duped and conned into a purchase I did not want with no support to resolve the matter.
I was told I’ve have to ship products back from the UK to the US before a refund will be processed. Reading the reviews on here seems like that is unlikely to happen too.

I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND TO GET MY REFUND BACK!!!! THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT BACK BECAUSE I TRACKED IT AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PROMISED TO REFUND EVEN IF YOU USED THE PRODUCT AND YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED WITH IT YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR FULL REFUND!!! WELL IN MY CASE I NEVER EVEN OPENED THE PACKAGE I RETURNED IT THE WAY THEY SENT IT TO ME. AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!

I decided to buy this despite the repetitive video which you cannot skip. Having completed the Paypal procedure I was faced with yet more video selling of the protein powder which I decided I did not want to purchase I logged off thinking that I had not completed the process. No! I received an email from Scott to say that a consultant would be ringing me to discuss the programme. I was not aware that this is what I 'bought' into....more high pressure selling no doubt!
I applied for a refund under the 90 day refund guarantee proudly displayed on the purchasing pages.
I have now requested a refund 6 times... escalating to a dispute on Paypal.....still no refund! If I could give zero stars I would do. Do not commit to buying from this company as you will not get the refund promised.... unless you ring them if the other reviews on this site are anything to go by ..... and be subject to more high pressure selling no doubt.
Advice to self..... AVOID .

Just got off the phone with the onboarding rep. I had everything explained to me in a very nice manner. Then he started to explain the powder use to me, which I was okay with. What I wasn't okay with, was that the 3 month supply that I had ordered was actually just for 45 days if used every day. This is not what was advertised on their website. I immediately cancelled my order. I find that this is misleading. The general idea is a great idea, but the company should not be scamming it's customers like this.

Terrible! They refuse to give you a refund even though it's clearly stated before you join - then they give you a number that doesn't work from the UK! Steer clear!!

Please do not do business with this company!!! Learn from my mistake and save yourself the hassle. They still have not refunded my money for items that I never even ordered!! Now they claim they can't find my account! This is a COMPLETE GARBAGE SCAM COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS!!!

To the company: Nice trying to get this 100% honest review taken down!!!
There is absolutely nothing you CAN do to "make it right". What you COULD HAVE done was NOT charge me for things I didn't order for starters
AND provide transparent receipts for what I was being charged instead of trying to hide it,
AND then maybe not give me the run around for OVER A MONTH when I asked for my money to be refunded
AND then NOT tell me to return the items (which I had to pay for even though I never ordered them) but ignore it when I did return them, then say you "couldn't find my account"
AND not refund my money until I emailed multiple people there the USPS tracking receipts and reported you to the BBB AGAIN.
Can you explain why you consider all this "customer service"? All those things happened to me. It is 100% accurate and factual. If you treated me this way, I'm sure this is how you treat most customers and you deserve it if you recieve bad reviews!! (I provided my information so you can verify I am a real person, so Trustpiot has no reason to censor my review unless they are a scam too.)

The company sold me a weight loss and exercise program at a reasonable cost which I paid. When I had the phone call 3 days later with my onboarding specialist, he sold me $908 of products for 6 months. The phone call was staticky and dropped. He called back and it was not much better. He spoke with a heavy accent. I asked what the return policy was on the phone. He said there would be a phone number in the email to call. He sent an email with information of what was being shipped after the phone call. I was allergic to ingredients in one of the products. So I began calling for 3 days and emaiing. No response. After that amount of time, I decided I wanted to just cancel the whole order. I finally got a new customer service number to call. So I called it and got the run around that they would send me a return label. When the email came, there was no return label. I called back and spoke to the same party. He said he could not produce a return label yet. Every time I spoke to the customer service, the information changed. It turns out the product was shipped from the Jay Group out of PA 4 days after I tried to cancel the order. Today the credit card shows the whole order went through. This is a scam company. The program was not very expensive for the information. The expense comes in the pressure to buy their products and make the decision on a phone call immediately. I should have said no. I hope I get a full refund.

On Dec. 8th I had received a return label. We sent it back and today the 13th of Dec., Fedex delivered it to the return location in PA. I am waiting for the refund in the near future as it was promised to me.
