I ordered a pair of boots for £103 on…
I ordered a pair of boots for £103 on the 2nd August and having to chase several times for delivery details they arrived on the 15th
The box on arrival looked ok but when I looked closer it had been retaped and there was signs of the box being damaged when I opened the box one of the boots was completely missing .
I contacted metal shop to sort it and send a replacement or refund , they have resumed , I sent them several pictures as proof and now they have payment they are not interested and point blank will not help , even though the carrier is their responsibility.
Please do not use this company if you want your good delivered in one piece -

I see that your order arrived to the UK on the 17th of July and was delivered on the 25th of July. While we do dispatch in 24H unfortunately the actual delivery speed and going through customs is out of our control. It would be fabulous if we could wave a magic wand and do away with that. Great product .merchandise was excellent...only criticism is I wasn't made aware of customs charges I would get which amounted to over £70 which made the jacket not so good value as before.

Quality products
Great products and both great quality t shirt andhat. Was for my dad for fathers day he loves them. Delivery was relatively quick less than a week to get to the uk. Although took over a week for royal mail to deliver even though they picked them up same day they arrived. But that's something out of their control and won't mark them down as they did despatch next day and was inthis country(uk) within the week. Will definitely use again. If anybody is worried aboyt the quality, i can confirm they are of very good quality.

New top came with stains on
The top itself is gorgeous but it came with a stain and pen marks on it...it's supposed to be a new top?!
Emailed customer servant didn't hear anything back. Disappointed given the amazing reviews

As I'm sure you can appreciate, these government charges in the UK are completely beyond our control. We do mention on our website https://www.metalshop.uk/s/terms-of-delivery/ "** Warning We deduct VAT from the price. However be prepared to pay VAT + Customs duty according to the laws of your country. Customs are paid for orders with cost higher than 135 GBP. If you cannot accept the shipment due to your inability to pay the customs, we deduct return costs when you get refunded." We do dispatch all orders in 24H. Unfortunately the actual delivery process is out of our hands. So sorry again for any disappointment. Caroline

Never got the order
Never got the order. Scam.
Was given a tracking number the following day which has not updated since and states the order is still at the wharehouse. I’ve asked for updates by email three times
