Never got the order
Never got the order. Scam.
Was given a tracking number the following day which has not updated since and states the order is still at the wharehouse. I’ve asked for updates by email three times

Surprisingly fast international shipping
Initially I was apprehensive about ordering >£100 boots from overseas since you have no clue how long the shipping will take or whether it'll even show up at all, but I was pleasantly surprised.
It took 1 week for them to be delivered in the UK from the Czech Republic and they were immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Rolling back to the Good Times
This is my first experience of dealing with Metal Shop. Buying off the Internet I tend to be sceptical about particularly as the prices are very good. However, the products, the service and the communication is first class. Hence the rating. From the time your order is placed you receive information regarding the progress of your order and you can track it online. Would I use them again? Of course just keeping an eye out for something an old prog rock fan like me would dare to wear.

Awful. Waited 6 weeks for trainers that never arrived. They where shipped to the wrong address and now I'm being told I'm responsible for shipping costs. First and last time I used metalshop. Reply to emails you already have that info

The shop is in the Czech Republic and…
The shop is in the Czech Republic and delivery is at least one month and refunds are impossible. This important information is not displayed on the website, which is very unfair and bad business policy. But why should I be surprised, as I have lived half my life in Eastern Europe where such scams are commonplace.
Oh, and please don't just write a copy paste reply, but change the name of the shop to "Metal shop Czech Republic" or something 'cause if not, then it will only be a scam.

Took a while to get here but the item was vacuum packed which was a plus as it was a present so easier to wrap.. excellent condition..would recommend
