Beware!
Ordered a tshirt, it took 20 days to arrive as it came from Portugal warehouse, then to Netherlands and then to UK!! (as per the tracker) I then tried to return this as too small, but their refund policy is 20 days!! They eventually agreed to a return and even though clearly being sent back to a UK postal address they mentioned that there is a 600 Czech krona custom charge!! equivalent of £21, more than the items value. Comical, feeling like i have been totally ripped off on this!!

You guys promise things you can't…
You guys promise things you can't deliver such as next day dispatching. You also don't include taxes and custom fees in prices of your products, so something that seems reasonably priced initially ends up being ridiculously expensive . Your customers service is also awful!

Embarrassing product quality. The shoes I ordered look like low-quality branded imitations. Looks like the store sells fakes. Stay away from this store.

Took over to weeks to get the parcel…
Took over to weeks to get the parcel from Netherlands to UK, was not updated enough . Fleece iron maiden blanket not great quality,very thin definitely not worth the money.

Cigarette smell
Clothes arrived covered in a cigarette smoke. Company says it's not a reason to refund/return and they suggested washing it. To all UK customers - please avoid.

Great seller, but yeah...
Easy buying process, great seller communication on the delivery process. No issues at all.
Just, yeah, be aware - these guys operate in Czechia, serving UK customers via a UK website domain name (.uk), therefore (thanks to moronic Brexit voters) a heavy customs charge will be imposed in some situations (for me, it was an extra £50 on-top of the £230 product) to see the package to its final destination.
Not the seller's problem whatsoever - they're not going to cover UK customs charges, nor should they, so ignore stupid reviewers blaming Metalshop for what is Brexit's fault.

Managed to grab a killstar harness I’ve wanted for a while that’s been out of stock on their site ! Arrived quickly , good pricing , and got updates often on my order so I wasn’t worried . Would definitely buy from them again !
