Good customer service
I recently ordered a coffee table from MFI and I contacted their customer service for a delivery date update. The customer service rep, Victoria Mansfield, promptly escalated it with the supplier and I received an email later that day from the supplier’s delivery courier advising me when they would deliver. I escalated on the Friday and the table was delivered on the Monday. Very happy with the table and very happy with the customer service.

Chris was extremely kind and helpful during our conversation, as were all the people I dealt with at MFI in trying to sort out my problem with an order. The only thing I find difficult is that you can't actually speak to anyone on the phone as I spent a good hour in emails and chats to resolve the difficulty.

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Got email to say would be delivered by 8pm and required a signature. Waited all day and no delivery.. contacted them to find out it won't be delivered for another 2 days.. contacted them and was offered £3 refund.. absolutely shocking

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your MFI order was delayed whie in transit with our courier.
While we understand that you are unhappy with the refund offered, please be aware this is the difference between our Next Day service and Standard delivery service, which we can see this was delivered on the following working day.
I have also noticed that we have not recevied a reply to my colleagues Email to support with the refund, if I could please ask if you could reply, so we can help with resolving this case for you?

I have contacted you by telephone but I could not reach you, so I left a voicemail, and followed up via email. Please ensure you check your junk/spam in case my email lands there.
I have looked into this, and I can see that FedEx has attempted delivery on 3 occasions, in which they have advised that no-one was present to sign for the delivery.
If you could please check your emails at your earliest convenience, we can get this resolved for you.
