As a first time purchaser to a complete wig with absolutely no experience but just hesitation, i finally made that decision and i am absolutely glad that I did. I made that purchase keeping in mind that I can always return it or use it as a stepping stone to finding the right choice given the variety, pricing and very simple guidelines on the product description page..
Milk and Honey wigs are fantastic and even their synthetic fibre wigs are very comfortable and complimenting ..but I will be looking into a human hair wig in the future.
They were extremely helpful via email and phone and assist you in any awkward questions..
I recommend purchasing a few and then deciding on which one is best suited as things can be quite different in real life..

The wig I bought was just beautiful, brilliant quality and next to no tangles even when worn for longer periods of time. Very comfortable and easy to install in my opinion. The postage was also very fast!

Wig received was a different colour to the one advertised. However the company refuse to refund even with wig unworn and in original packaging as they say “color variation’ is covered in their terms. Buyer beware. I would advise buying elsewhere.

Out of all the wigs I’ve tried and owned, Milk and Honey stands out as the absolute best in quality. I ordered a 20-inch fully hand-tied human hair wig, and the attention to detail is incredible. The layers are perfectly done, so it doesn’t feel too thick, the cap is lightweight and extremely comfortable, and the hairline is so natural it’s hard to tell it’s a wig at all. Human hair wigs are always an investment, but this one offers amazing value for the quality. On top of that, the staff at Milk and Honey are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to guide you through the entire process, answering any questions along the way. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Needs to be reported to A Current Affair

I ordered my wig on 28th October. 2 weeks later they despatch it on 10th November. I write to M&H on 13th November and say that I have not received my order- and they say that it has been sent YET I see on Australia post that they only received the consignment on 14th November. M&H blamed Australia Post for their lack of action and yet.... I still have not received the order as from 17th November when I am writing this review (3 weeks). I only hope that when the wig arrives it is worth the LONG wait!!!

UPDATE
Some time after I received an email from the MH team 20th January. This is what they sent. I responded and said that I didn’t expect it but I would accept their offer. Nothing at all in response. Absolutely poor customer service as well as poor organisation as a company.

The shipping takes ages. I was told 5 to 10 business days and it is now the 11th business day and I can see it hasn’t been shipped internationally Poor communication for delivery

I absolutely love M&H wigs!! They're the only place I'll shop to get all my wig and hair accessories from. I've never had an issue. All my items have been as described but I do recommend reading the info provided as all the wigs aren't the same density or type.. I made that mistake once cause silly me didn't pay attention... they were super helpful and tbh even though it wasn't as I presumed, the quality was amazing and it's my favourite wig actually. Still, I can't help buying more as there's just so many great pieces!! Customer service, time frame, quality, range of products are all top knotch! 👌🏽 highly recommended.. also I love that there's now a shop to go to, I'm pumped to check it out and get way too many more wigs that I probably don't need haha. Milk and Honey Wigs are a horrible company to deal with. My order took months to arrive, and when it finally showed up, the wig was average quality. Customer service was unhelpful, and the whole experience was stressful and disappointing.

What’s also concerning is the sudden wave of 5-star reviews that all appeared on the same day, right after months of unhappy customers leaving negative feedback. It feels misleading and makes me question the authenticity of those reviews.

I would never order from this company again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
